Wonderful program Rose and her coaching staff are amazing! Coach Tania has been my lifeline! I’ve had some challenging life issues during my time in the program and Tania and Rose have been there for me during each step. They teach you how to properly use weights and how to realistically manage your macros for your life. The recipes, the coaching calls and modules are so helpful to help transform your life into a healthier one. This program is phenomenal!!

The best part for me so far The best part for me so far, is a super supportive Coach. There are many factors that have made this a tough start. I probably would have quit if not for the encouragement! Thank you Rose Ryan!

This program is deceiving This program is deceiving. It is claimed to be 1-1 coaching but she rarely checks in with you. I ended up gaining weight in this program so it was definitely not worth the price tag.

Great experience highly recommended Great experience. Tons of support is available. One on one coaching. Top notch website that takes you through PLCU university. Great community of like minded women that give you tons of encouragement and support. Weekly lectures, along with cooking demos, group workouts and meditations. 100s of recipes to plan your weekly menus. Definitely worth checking out if you want to build muscle especially after menopause like me. Results for every fitness level. Great for beginners and fitness pros

Thank you, Rose! Rose and her team are great! I learned so much over the course of the year working with them - from mental shifts to how I show up, how to hold myself accountable for my workouts and of course nutrition. Macros are truly the missing piece to understanding how to reach my goals and as a vegan, having an experienced coach who was also vegan was extremely important to me. The patience, kindness and commitment that Rose had towards my journey was what made it all click for me. Could I do this on my own? Maybe but it would take so much longer. If you’re thinking about hiring a coach and are vegan with body comp and fat loss goals, Rose and her team are it!
