I learned a whole new lifestyle! I learned a whole new lifestyle!! Not only did I lose fat and build muscle, I felt energized and successful! I learned how to properly fuel and move my body and I have maintained my fat loss 1 year later !! Rose put so much time and effort into this program with a mind blowing amount of healthy education, recipes and tips. I felt 100% supported and encouraged by her and the Community. If you are on the fence about the program or her coaching …. Do not hesitate!! It was life altering for me ! I cannot thank you enough, Rose! My ordinary experience with… My ordinary experience with theplantlifechoseus.com was almst good, however there was somthing missing!They direct you to the website and then when you go on it isnt all that user firendly. When it comes to checkout, it can be difficult too. The website looks nice, but the navigation needs to be better with inproved responsivness. I'd recomend people to look elsewere for the same product, as I couldnt find eveything I was looking for. The pricing seemed ok too. I still felt that some pricee could be lowerd. All in all, this eblsite needs some work, but it is almst good.

You CAN reshape your body; Get the support you need! First, about myself and ratings, 5 stars would be perfection so 4 stars is very high praise in my book. This is a program for completely changing the way you live—becoming a healthier you and also becoming a fab looking you! I have been about 90% WFPB for 4 years and vegan for nearly 5 years. I lost abt 15lbs going vegan and eating junk food then I lost another 5-10 going WFPB. I exercise regularly and go hard. However, I had belly fat that would not budge. This program is not easy but it supported me to drop inches and that is golden. I hoped to add muscle at the same time and also not lose athletic performance, but those goals weren’t quite met. Still, I needed exactly this help to figure out where I needed to make changes and how to manage all the moving parts to not just drop lbs, but to reshape my body. I leave the program with invaluable experience and knowledge and determination to hit my post-PLU goals!

5 Star Coaching! Sara is an amazing coach!! Very kind, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. She helped me design a sustainable plan that worked for my busy lifestyle. I also learned how to incorporate more plant based protein and delicious plant based desserts into my diet.

6 weeks and I feel like a different person I did a 6 week program that focuses on nutrition. Before starting this, I was so overwhelmed with information. I didn't know what macros were, what I was supposed to eat, how I was supposed to enjoy eating..it was all stressful! Then I worked with Sara. She was so supportive and changed my perspective on nutrition. In the time I worked with her, I lost 5lbs (very stubborn lbs). I love how supportive the PLCU community is!
