5 Star Coaching! Sara is an amazing coach!! Very kind, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. She helped me design a sustainable plan that worked for my busy lifestyle. I also learned how to incorporate more plant based protein and delicious plant based desserts into my diet.

6 weeks and I feel like a different person I did a 6 week program that focuses on nutrition. Before starting this, I was so overwhelmed with information. I didn't know what macros were, what I was supposed to eat, how I was supposed to enjoy eating..it was all stressful! Then I worked with Sara. She was so supportive and changed my perspective on nutrition. In the time I worked with her, I lost 5lbs (very stubborn lbs). I love how supportive the PLCU community is!

Thank you, Rose! Rose and her team are great! I learned so much over the course of the year working with them - from mental shifts to how I show up, how to hold myself accountable for my workouts and of course nutrition. Macros are truly the missing piece to understanding how to reach my goals and as a vegan, having an experienced coach who was also vegan was extremely important to me. The patience, kindness and commitment that Rose had towards my journey was what made it all click for me. Could I do this on my own? Maybe but it would take so much longer.
