Life changing Working with Kyle was an eye-opening experience. I learned so much regarding fitness, wellness, and nutrition— during our trainer / trainee experience. Kyle, goes above and beyond to ensure that you are getting the most out of the experience. Unlike other fitness coaches, he genuinely cares about clients and their goals. Kyle rocks!!! Working with Kyle has been a great experience. He is the most approachable personal trainer I have worked with. He’s a great motivator and a great coach. I’ve lost 12 pounds since I started working with him but he has also taught me how to eat better and healthier. I thought I was just going to get a trainer but I ended up getting a meal plan as a bonus. I would totally recommend to others.

I've been working out over 10 years now… I've been working out over 10 years now and I was at a point where I was trying to lose a little bit of bodyfat and weight. Everything I had tried did not work. I decided see if Kyle could help. In about 3 months of working with Kyle, I dropped almost 20 pounds and 2.5% bodyfat. I finally felt good about how I looked. With Kyle's help, I have been able to maintain a weight and look that I am proud of. While I have new goals now, I am still working with Kyle to help me meet those goals. I have no doubt that I'll be able to meet those goals with his help.

Highly recommend Highly recommend! Kyle is a fantastic coach, very knowledgeable. He makes getting in shape feel like natural and easy. The meal plans are incredible, I never got sick of the food. While also never feeling like I was starving. I worked with Kyle for 4 months, lost 12 pounds while gaining muscle. Was a life changing experience, and I feel prepared to continue my journey with confidence that I'll reach what ever goal I want. Thank you Kyle!
