GBI've been with Kyle for a little over a… I've been with Kyle for a little over a month and I have dropped a little over 10 lb. Started building up muscles and eating. Right. Now I'm on a bi-weekly phone call, but even within that bi-weekly phone call, I at least get a text message from Kyle in between of that phone call to see how I'm doing. He's always available and always supportive when I have questions or need help to make sure that I'm doing something correctly. I can send him a short video. He'll look at it and critique it and give me his lowdown of what I need to do or have to do it or he'll send me a video of him doing the stuff. He is a very supportive coach and I know that he's like a online. You know workout coach but for me he's kind of an overall coach cuz he's there for every aspect of your life. Not just a diet and a workout but with mental health and being supportive and being you know your cheerleader. But being your you know the coach and everything. I would not go to anyone else but to him and I would not refer anyone else but only to him
