GBResults are what I wanted and that is what I'm getting with Kyle I have worked with a few online trainers in the past, but Kyle is the first trainer that has connected with me, on my needs and what I’m looking for. In the past 8 weeks I have lost just over 10 pounds and he is expecting me to lose another 5 pounds and I am loving the encouragement. He is also good at adjusting my program with what my body can do. I’m not meaning he is making the program easier but just selecting other exercises that will still get me to where he knows I can be. Not to mention a great app and weekly Zoom calls have been key. He goes through my progress for the prior week and talks with me on what I can do this week, to push myself. I've even texted him throughout the week on questions and he is quick at responding. I am so glad I’ve been able to work with Kyle and excited to see what we will achieve together.

GBLife-changing! Highly recommend! Highly recommend! Kyle focuses on ways to sustainably change your habits, your health, and your life. He truly cares about his clients and helping them achieve their goals. He tailors your exercise regimen to fit the gym(s) and equipment you have access to, which for me makes me believe I can keep up my exercise well after I finish the program. I also have a dairy allergy and he went out of his way to tailor my diet plan to accommodate that which was huge. In two months I lost weight while adding muscle definition, and my partner has definitely taken notice. I have more energy and feel more in control of my body for the first time. Thank you Kyle!
