Life-changing! Highly recommend! Highly recommend! Kyle focuses on ways to sustainably change your habits, your health, and your life. He truly cares about his clients and helping them achieve their goals. He tailors your exercise regimen to fit the gym(s) and equipment you have access to, which for me makes me believe I can keep up my exercise well after I finish the program. I also have a dairy allergy and he went out of his way to tailor my diet plan to accommodate that which was huge. In two months I lost weight while adding muscle definition, and my partner has definitely taken notice. I have more energy and feel more in control of my body for the first time. Thank you Kyle!

I was coached my Kyle for 4 month and lost 27lbs. I was coached my Kyle for 4 month and lost 27lbs. To me, it is imperative to follow the instructions given and for the most part I did. Kyle was very approachable, flexible and willing to offer solutions to challenges that I faced throughout this journey. He provided me with the tools and knowledge to lose fat and even though I'm not at my goal yet, I've made significant progress with Kyle. Never once did I feel as though I was being chastised for not meeting a goal; instead we spoke about ways to overcome obstacles and I think that was paramount to the success I achieved. I would recommend Kyle to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey. Once you're dedicated, the results will follow.

Do yourself a favor, work with Kyle Kyle is fantastic. He takes a real-life and sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition. Seeing his own story on his journey to health and fitness is truly inspirational. Kyle is always there for you when you need support and is there with suggestions to tailor this experience to what fits your life. Whether you want to drop a few pounds or start a revolution in your health journey, he is your guy. I was skeptical about hiring a coach at first, but after being on this journey for 10 weeks now and seeing the amazing results I could not have gotten on my own, I don't know what I was thinking, putting it off as long as I did. My goal right now is to drop some weight; I am down over 15 pounds and have seen significant changes in my body shape! Once I complete this course, I may work with Kyle again to take my fitness to the next level!

Kyle definitely knows what he’s doing! I’ve been doing standard exercises a few years before working with Kyle and shaped goals I wanted to meet in health, nutrition and fitness. But what I lost was a sense of direction, as I was plateauing on my strength and body goals while not being sure where to go next. I even had personal equipment to help myself through it, but I needed direction. Kyle was my answer. He helped me understand the balance between self-care, goals, aspirations, nutrition and consistency… all of which have contributed to my muscle growth and strength. After a few months, I have seen growth and improvement in many exercises I otherwise struggled with, and I continue to get better every day. You can check out my Instagram for this: @aplusandminus. He’s a wonderful guy to work with. Kind, understanding, funny(!), and inspirational. He’ll work with you on the right tools you need while ensuring you stick to your part of the plan.
