GBKyle definitely knows what he’s doing! I’ve been doing standard exercises a few years before working with Kyle and shaped goals I wanted to meet in health, nutrition and fitness. But what I lost was a sense of direction, as I was plateauing on my strength and body goals while not being sure where to go next. I even had personal equipment to help myself through it, but I needed direction. Kyle was my answer. He helped me understand the balance between self-care, goals, aspirations, nutrition and consistency… all of which have contributed to my muscle growth and strength. GBResults are what I wanted and that is what I'm getting with Kyle I have worked with a few online trainers in the past, but Kyle is the first trainer that has connected with me, on my needs and what I’m looking for. In the past 8 weeks I have lost just over 10 pounds and he is expecting me to lose another 5 pounds and I am loving the encouragement. He is also good at adjusting my program with what my body can do. I’m not meaning he is making the program easier but just selecting other exercises that will still get me to where he knows I can be. Not to mention a great app and weekly Zoom calls have been key. He goes through my progress for the prior week and talks with me on what I can do this week, to push myself. I've even texted him throughout the week on questions and he is quick at responding. I am so glad I’ve been able to work with Kyle and excited to see what we will achieve together.

AUKyle rocks!!! Working with Kyle has been a great experience. He is the most approachable personal trainer I have worked with. He’s a great motivator and a great coach. I’ve lost 12 pounds since I started working with him but he has also taught me how to eat better and healthier. I thought I was just going to get a trainer but I ended up getting a meal plan as a bonus. I would totally recommend to others.

Seeing his own story on his journey to health and fitness is truly inspirational. Kyle is always there for you when you need support and is there with suggestions to tailor this experience to what fits your life. Whether you want to drop a few pounds or start a revolution in your health journey, he is your guy. I was skeptical about hiring a coach at first, but after being on this journey for 10 weeks now and seeing the amazing results I could not have gotten on my own, I don't know what I was thinking, putting it off as long as I did. My goal right now is to drop some weight; I am down over 15 pounds and have seen significant changes in my body shape! Once I complete this course, I may work with Kyle again to take my fitness to the next level!
