GBBest thing I’ve ever done for myself Gary personalizes the nutrition recommendations to the individual and adjusts as progress or lack of progress as needed. The strength and cardio training is also personalized. Gary creates a new program every 4 weeks based on results. This keeps the workouts from getting boring and continued improvement. Gary monitors both the nutrition and workout reports. He is always available to discuss and make changes to nutrition or the workouts. I have had amazing results.
