He is sensitive to each client's unique combination of age, life experience, and health status in designing individualized training programs to achieve each client's objectives. Although Gary is an accomplished bodybuilder and fitness coach his style removes all feelings of intimidation no matter where a client may be in their fitness journey. His genuine desire for each client to succeed is obvious in every encounter and communication. With Gary's help, I am confident I will be able to keep up with my grandchildren and live a long and healthy life.

GBHiring Gary as my strength training was a game changer Hiring Gary as my strength training coach has been a game changer for me in my pursuit to be healthy and strong. His extensive knowledge and experience in fitness has made a huge difference for me and I have gained total trust in his coaching. He keeps me motivated and focused. I love my customized workouts and every 4 weeks, I receive a new workout plan that suits my individual needs. The guidance Gary provides on proper form, techniques, and injury prevention is invaluable for me at my older age. Each workout is pre-built for you, based on your goals, needs, and feedback. I appreciate the personal feedback I receive weekly from Gary based on my experiences through the week. You’re not going to find a better experience to help you implement the steps toward your fitness goals!

CAKeeping it fun The time and care that Gary puts in to designing and redesigning your personalized workout program is very helpful. He is always offering words of encouragement to help you reach your goals. His programs are offering a structure that I needed to keep the workouts interesting and makinf me want to do them six times per week as opposed to 2 maybe 3 times per week when I was going it alone...thanks Gary.

GBThe Real Deal Garry wants the best for his clients. This is not always the best for his personal wallet. I have lots of questions about exercises and nutrition. He listens and give competent answers. The program is well thought and effective. I have been working been a client for three weeks and hope to be for much longer.
