CAKeeping it fun The time and care that Gary puts in to designing and redesigning your personalized workout program is very helpful. He is always offering words of encouragement to help you reach your goals. His programs are offering a structure that I needed to keep the workouts interesting and makinf me want to do them six times per week as opposed to 2 maybe 3 times per week when I was going it alone...thanks Gary.

CAI would highly recommend the program I would highly recommend the program. I lost a total of 80 lbs. I have not felt this good since my early 20's ( I am currently 57 years old ). I also had other health concerns other than my weight. I had the following. Tinnitus: Gone Hernia: Improve by 90% Stiff back and fingers in the morning: Gone My eye site actually improved a little bit. I have more energy and I am much sharper at work. The other great thing about the program is that you are actually taught how the body works so you can keep the weight off while still enjoying food you like.
