About Planos Nutrition

We are a nutrition and lifestyle coaching and education company run by Registered Dietitians who help women accomplish their weight loss goals. Beyond weight, we focus on building a health blueprint so success is sustained over time. We do this by providing a personalized coaching experience with world-class support and accountability from nutrition and health experts. We strive to provide a unique experience for our clients for them to become fans of our coaching models and credit our programs in helping them change their lives. Through our Nutrition Blueprint Signature program, we have helped over 600 men and women lose an average of 15-30 lbs in 4-6 months without restrictive diets and fads. We use an evidence-based approach to coaching.

Very professional nutritional coach… Very professional nutritional coach Andres and his team helped me to reduce my weight in 14 kg in 7 months for a back surgery. Affer the operation I got Covid an regain 3 of those lost kg, But still i’m in my maintainance way of eating. Definetly he taught me how to change my way of eating. Thank you Andres and Team!!!

You don’t have to feel restricted to see results! Understand your goals and trust the process with Planos Finishing up 6 months in the program. I have nothing but good things to say about Planos! I worked closely with coach Ceci and she is so knowledgeable and helpful. It was exactly what I needed to hold myself accountable and create a healthy relationship with food and fitness. Realizing that you can have a balance in life and not feel guilty for enjoying yourself or feel too restricted to succeed and see progress. It is truly a lifestyle change and I am so happy with what I have accomplished in 6 months. I look forward to continue applying what I’ve learned and seeing where it takes me.

So Appreciative of all of the assistance I am a Wife of 23 years, a mother of two adult children, 37 and 32 and Grandmother to 5, ages 5-8 and, I am a Director of Programs (Non-Residential) for the Arc of Davidson County, Inc, a company that advocates and cares for individuals with developmental disabilities. I have largely dedicated my adult life to caring for others, my husband, my children, my job, anything but myself. As a woman, we fall into that trap. Historically, self-care has been seen as selfish and caring for others has been seen as selfless. Selflessness being the preferred option. I looked at myself January 2, 2023, I weighed 303 lbs., my highest weight yet. I lived my life sitting in my recliner. I typically got up, worked the day cooked supper, and landed in the recliner until bedtime and got up to do it again. The trip to the grocery store was exhausting. I am 5’8” but that is still very heavy. I have 5 grandchildren. I would watch them out the window when they came to visit, I couldn’t go outside to play with them. I just didn’t have the energy. I had the desire. I lived what I thought to be a very sad life. I was depressed. Who wouldn’t be? I made the decision to do something! I started counting my calories. It was hard but I had lost about 10 lbs. in a month. I connected with Andres Ayesta on Instagram and he and I began talking in the chat. He began telling me about the Planos program and asking me about my life. What he was telling me made sense. I signed on the end of February and connected with my coach shortly after. She has been nothing short of a Godsend. I cannot say enough good things about Ceci. Part friend, part mentor, part coach and I am sure she could kick my butt if I needed it. I want this so badly that I don’t believe she will ever need to do it. I have lost nearly 50 lbs. I feel better. I am more active than I have been in decades. I have signed up for and completed a 5k (now I walk 3 miles almost daily uphill on my treadmill). I have been attending t-ball games for my grandchildren and getting ready to go to a dance recital for a granddaughter and these events do not do me in for the day. I still have energy to do my regular everyday activities. I am somewhere between 1/3 and ½ way to goal. The goal is fluid as I don’t know where my body will land. I am leaving that to my body. I will find a comfortable healthy weight. If I hadn’t acted, I would either still be in that awful depressing chair right now or worse. Love yourself enough to take care of yourself. Allow yourself the help to get to your goals. Planos, and especially Ceci, have been invaluable in this health journey. It’s not just weight loss. It is the whole person. I have learned boundaries; self-care is not selfish among many other valuable things. Planos takes a holistic approach to health.

Planos takes all aspects of your life… Planos takes all aspects of your life into account, not just nutrition. You get an education and hands on coaching plus materials I haven’t even touched yet! They have monthly challenges, group discussions, online trainings, and one on one coaching at a very reasonable investment. The apps they use are easy and helpful. For me personally, the results have been fantastic! I have always struggled with losing weight - but more importantly, keeping it off. For over 25 years, I have tried and failed to get below the weight I was 25 years ago. Andreas and Ceci changed the way I think about eating. I have not only lost weight and kept it off, I am also more energetic and focused. It has made me more confident in other areas of my life as well. I can’t say enough positives about the Planos process and would recommend them to anyone who is struggling to lose weight and keep it off - and are serious about making the changes they need in their lives. And I’m not talking about any FAD diet, Pills, Keto, Vegan, whatever - you can still eat what you like, Planos helps you change the way you think about food - and your overall well being!

Their approach is not just practical, it is engaging. You will feel supported all the way, especially if you opt to join weekly support calls with other members of the program.
