GBI was skeptical going in I was skeptical going in. Wasn't really sure I could make the necessary changes. For the first few weeks, I was still a little resistant, trying to do things the way I'd always done them. By the end of the 6 weeks though, I had made some key small steps in the right direction and felt more motivated than I have in a long while. I went back to the basics and Coach Andres was very helpful all along the way. I love how the program is setup: the detailed check-ins, feedback, and the holistic approach where they target your mindset, movement, stress, sleep patterns, etc. I also love that it's not a quick approach to weight loss.....while I only lost a couple pounds, I know that I gained several good habits (lower caffeine intake, higher water intake, not skipping breakfast, acknowledging small wins, tracking my higher protein breakfast...) for moving forward this week and beyond. GBI have been with Andres and his team… I have been with Andres and his team for over 5 years when I decided it was time for me to "graduate" from the program. I met Andres back in 2018 and he completely changed my life. A year up until I met Andres I got serious about working out and had different people recommend certain ways of eating that was very restrictive and set on eating chicken, rice , vegetables, no fruits etc. I didn't feel this was healthy for me but I knew very little about nutrition like most of us and was afraid to eat outside of those parameters and ruin my fitness goals/progress. When I was searching for a coach to work with it was important to find someone with credentials and for someone that had clients similar to me who have an active fitness lifestyle and weightlifting. That's when I found Andres and he went beyond expectations. Not only was he coaching me but he was teaching me to the point where I learned how to adjust my macros based on my training style for that season myself. I honestly didn't think I was going to need a coach for more than a year but Andres always found a way to come up with new things and teach me new things month after month. It was definitely worth the time and investment and I highly recommend Andres and the Planos team! Thank you once again Andres!
