USI love my chair, and massagechairdeals.com I purchased my chair on January 21 and received notification that it was being shipped. Metropolitan warehouse has cancelled and rescheduled delivery multiple times with a delivery date for the week of March 18th and I still do not have my massage chair. Mike At Massage chair deals has been wonderful trying to get the chair to me sooner. After much effort from Mike for sales support person. I received my chair on March 15 and it is amazing. Mike reached out to Metropolitan multiple times insisting I get my chair as soon as possible. He also sent a wonderful gift apologizing for the delay by Metropolitan warehouse. USI absolutely love this chair! I'm so happy that I purchased the Emperor Massage Chair. It was one of the best investments for my wellness. I was dealing with a lot of muscle tension in my back and neck and just did not have the time to schedule a monthly massage. Now that I have my personal massage chair, I can get massages everyday. My muscles have loosened tremendously and I feel so much relaxed. I really love the neck massage. It actually feels like a person's hand is pressing into the side of my neck. USI ordered the wrong color chair by… I ordered the wrong color chair by accident. When I realized this, I had a freakout because I just spent $5500. I spoke with, Mike Craig when calling the customer support line. He was helpful and changed the color of the chair. Much appreciated!!
