GBFABULOUS MASSAGE CHAIR FOR SHORT PEOPLE I have been researching massage chairs off and on for 6 months and even demo'd approximately 10 different models in a showroom in Cleveland, OH. I am extremely short, 4' 10" and I found most chairs, despite their custom measuring beforehand, would bruise the back of my head because the roller went up too high. Also, other aspects of the chair didn't fit including my feet not reaching the footrest and my hands not reaching their proper position. After months of searching, it became clear that it was going to be difficult or impossible to buy a massage chair that would work for my height. Then I ran across this website and it offered to help with answering questions, so I decided to call. I think I spent over an hour on the phone the first time I called. By then, I knew all about the features and what I wanted in a chair, but I wanted it to FIT. The guy(I think it was Mike) explained all the features to me, answered my questions then offered to see if he could find any manufacture that actually lists 4 10 as a minimum height requirement in their official specification. Once he reviewed my requirements with me, he suggested the Kyota M673. I'm spending this much time describing this interaction because I subsequently spoke to the same guy on three different occasions before I convinced myself that I could buy this chair, sight unseen and having never sat in it. When it was delivered, the driver was unbelievably helpful. I was really worried how I was going to get this 300lb chair into my house. I know they say curbside delivery but this driver unloaded it, walked it up my driveway, got it through the door and unpacked it near where it was to sit. And, it took him all of about 7 minutes. I would have spent hours doing that myself so Kudos to ABB I think it was and a great driver! Now about the chair: First time I sat in it, my legs were still short but if I raise the footrest to the top position, my feet just barely do touch the bottom of the footrest. My hands reach the hand support but I'm technically probably an inch or so shorter than ideal BUT the chair still works for me....Fabulously! Some people complained about the controller, I love the controller. Only thing that would make it better is a pause button and lighted buttons when the room is dark. It has a good number of automatic programs which I have all tried. This chair changed my posture and stopped repetitive migraine headaches after 1 week. Word of warning, this chair is not for the faint of heart.....start out on an easier program, NOT the Sports Recovery program....that one is pretty aggressive. Working Relief is a good introductory program I let my friends try first. Once you master the different automatic programs, dive into the manual features. There really isn't any ailment you cant hit with the manual feature. I'm an older athlete that plays a number of sports and activities every day, and it has done remarkable things in facilitating a more rapid recovery after long (bike) rides, hikes and tennis. I was even prone to tennis elbow after catching a lot of fish, but I've noticed that sitting in the chair after fishing releves the pressure in my forearm and wrist . All in all, I'm in love with this chair and I bought it at a reasonable price for what all it does. The airbag stuff I didn't think I would be interested in, but that too adds a dimension to the massages that I believe is beneficial. I forgot to mention the foot rollers. OMG, I couldn't take it at first but now regularly using the chair with the foot rollers has kept my feet from having typical long court time issues and sensitivities. My feet are healthier than they have been in a long time just because of so much overuse without any real treatment. In summary, here are the list of sports I regularly play that I believe this chair helps to speed recovery and promote improved performance: Cycling, Tennis, Pickleball, Fly Fishing, Hiking, Golf, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, and Swimming. There are two things I wish this chair had as features: 1) Calf rollers - somehow I thought this had rollers but it does not, only an air bag 2) Rollers along the sides of your shoulders and arms - I think if it had these features, I wouldn't need to still see a massage therapist. Overall, fantastic chair for the money and the people I dealt with over the phone were exceptional. Nice to see there is a company out there that still values customer support and technical expertise. I called their technical support line after receiving my chair and I spent another hour on the phone with that guy going over the electrical specs and how the fuses work, in addition to some basic how to questions. Great chair.....Hope they get it in again!!!!

GBOur new Kyota E330 massage chair is just what I wanted. Thank you Mike for all of your help! Our new massage chair is a great addition and Mike was a wonderful help in helping me find the best chair at an affordable price. It not only had similar features to my old chair but also has several up grades I am currently enjoying, i.e, I love having the foot rollers, heat function and it it great not needing to worry about it reclining into our wall like often happened with our old chair. My husband, who rarely used the older chair is really enjoying this chair too. The chair was ordered right before Thanksgiving and with the holidays delivery took much longer than expected. Mike was there at each step of the way checking on the progress of delivery and informing me.

GBGood customer support I recently purchased a massage chair from Mike at this company. He helped a ton find the right model and I went with the Osaki Admiral. The massage chair was ordered with "white glove delivery." I was warned ahead of time there would be a longer lead time as apparently many of the third party local installers are quite short staffed right now. The white glove installer received the item and they called about a week later to set up a delivery but they never showed up during their delivery window. I called MCD customer service and Keith (?) went out of his way to get in touch with someone from the local installer after business hours. It turns out their truck broke down. Bummer but I would have appreciated a heads up call from the installer. Keith went out of his way to help reschedule delivery for a few days later. They showed up on 9/17 and were professional but the install was not nearly as difficult as expected. Had I known, I would have just went with the standard shipping to receive it sooner. If you have help bringing in a 300ish lb chair, the install is not hard. Lesson learned. MCD was great through the selection process to intervening to help during the delivery delay to the post-sale support. Most importantly they recommended a chair that delivered as promised.
