Worth every penny My first chair took awhile to come due to Christmas holiday and then New Year's . Unfortunately it did not fully operate and I had a busted hose for air bags. Called to get help. Got a man named Mike who was excellent and very concerned for a quick repair. Osaki decided since the footrest would not operate, they would have to replace the entire chair. My new chair finally came with white glove setup yesterday. Poor Mike worked diligently back and fourth with Osaki for weeks. He got it all resolved. A big 10+ for Mike at massagechairs.com. His response each and every time was stellar. They've got a great employee. I've had chair massage 6 times since yesterday. Just waiting on pick up for the broken chair.

Good customer support I recently purchased a massage chair from Mike at this company. He helped a ton find the right model and I went with the Osaki Admiral. The massage chair was ordered with "white glove delivery." I was warned ahead of time there would be a longer lead time as apparently many of the third party local installers are quite short staffed right now. The white glove installer received the item and they called about a week later to set up a delivery but they never showed up during their delivery window. I called MCD customer service and Keith (?) went out of his way to get in touch with someone from the local installer after business hours. It turns out their truck broke down. Bummer but I would have appreciated a heads up call from the installer. Keith went out of his way to help reschedule delivery for a few days later. They showed up on 9/17 and were professional but the install was not nearly as difficult as expected. Had I known, I would have just went with the standard shipping to receive it sooner. If you have help bringing in a 300ish lb chair, the install is not hard. Lesson learned. MCD was great through the selection process to intervening to help during the delivery delay to the post-sale support. Most importantly they recommended a chair that delivered as promised.

Great Chair We love the chair. It takes a little time to learn all the options. We are still learning. Call customer service (or even chat online) anytime and they will walk you through it. Customer Service was the best!!!

I absolutely love this chair! I'm so happy that I purchased the Emperor Massage Chair. It was one of the best investments for my wellness. I was dealing with a lot of muscle tension in my back and neck and just did not have the time to schedule a monthly massage. Now that I have my personal massage chair, I can get massages everyday. My muscles have loosened tremendously and I feel so much relaxed. I really love the neck massage. It actually feels like a person's hand is pressing into the side of my neck. I have told all my family and friends about my wonderful chair and have definitely referred them to Massage Chair Deals to purchase a massage chair.
