Worth every penny My first chair took awhile to come due to Christmas holiday and then New Year's . Unfortunately it did not fully operate and I had a busted hose for air bags. Called to get help. Got a man named Mike who was excellent and very concerned for a quick repair. Osaki decided since the footrest would not operate, they would have to replace the entire chair. My new chair finally came with white glove setup yesterday. Poor Mike worked diligently back and fourth with Osaki for weeks. He got it all resolved. A big 10+ for Mike at massagechairs.com.
