Dr. Patel makes you feel important! He's a real doctor! Dr. M. Patel was very personable and had a good televisit manner. I could tell that he actually looked at my records and my prescriptions and was interested in my health. I felt like a real person who was at a real doctors visit. This is very important to me.

1st Impressions The questions I was I able to… The questions asked I was able to answer with ease. The focus was on my health history, current meds and current state of health. I was told what to expect next over the next weeks. I was also told my prescription would be ordered and delivered in a few days. Everything has happened exactly as I was told it would happen. Customer service was Great Customer service was Great. Brittany Adams actually took me early because i logged in 10 minutes before my scheduled time and she was free. Brittany was very knowledgeable and explained all answers in detail.

SO FAR SO GOOD! My first visit was great with Dr. Penington. He provided lots of great information and thoroughly explained how the process will start. I've done a ton of research beforehand so I'm not going in blind. I'll update as I go.
