I could tell that he actually looked at my records and my prescriptions and was interested in my health. I felt like a real person who was at a real doctors visit. This is very important to me.

Shafted out of $321.00 I signed up for 3 months of future health at a discounted rate. My credit card was quickly charged for the 3 months of subscription service as well as medicine when I had not even consulted a doctor. What if I didn't qualify for the medicine, what if I wanted a more affordable option. I wasn't sure where my journey would lead. So when I asked for a refund, it took customer service 3 days to get back to me via email as the open chat on the app was not working. Luckily I was able to get a refund for my medicine but I could not get a refund for the 3 month subscription as it was purchased at a discounted rate.
