GBI had an appointment scheduled I had an appointment scheduled. Already paid all the fees. waited an hour on the phone for the video appointment, no doctor. They call later saying technical difficulties and schedule a new appointment, then they cancel that appoint " for some reason" which is all the email says. Trying to get a refund because at this point it is a waste of my time. Impossible to get someone from customer service on the phone. I will update to let it be known if I get my refund or not.

GBCustomer service was Great Customer service was Great. Brittany Adams actually took me early because i logged in 10 minutes before my scheduled time and she was free. Brittany was very knowledgeable and explained all answers in detail.

GBI Enjoyed Talking With Krista I enjoyed talking with Krista. She made me feel at ease and very comfortable about the process. She was very knowledgable about the medication and I was excited to hear that she too had lost weight as well with the assistance of the medication.

GBShafted out of $321.00 I signed up for 3 months of future health at a discounted rate. My credit card was quickly charged for the 3 months of subscription service as well as medicine when I had not even consulted a doctor. What if I didn't qualify for the medicine, what if I wanted a more affordable option. I wasn't sure where my journey would lead. So when I asked for a refund, it took customer service 3 days to get back to me via email as the open chat on the app was not working. Luckily I was able to get a refund for my medicine but I could not get a refund for the 3 month subscription as it was purchased at a discounted rate. The subscription is NON-refundable even though no services were redendered! Expensive lesson on my end. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!

GBBrittany was on point Brittany was on point. She was clear in her answers and listened to what I said. Her sense of humor came through as well, she’s was very professional but I think sensed my anxiousness and used a wonderful bed side manner to alleviate that. I’m very happy with Brittany and will have all my appointments channeled through her.
