She explained things and made sure I… She explained things and made sure I understood.. she also covered bases and prescribed nausea medicine in case needed. Personable and acted like she had time for me even though we were on set amount of time. Thank you!

Brittany was on point Brittany was on point. She was clear in her answers and listened to what I said. Her sense of humor came through as well, she’s was very professional but I think sensed my anxiousness and used a wonderful bed side manner to alleviate that. I’m very happy with Brittany and will have all my appointments channeled through her.

Both PA and Dr were polite and kind as… Both PA and Dr were polite and kind as I was on location working with clients. My first appointment was canceled due to tech problems on your side. Your assistances made sure to reschedule me same day. I wish I had more quiet place and internet. I would have liked to have seen a quicker response to answering the phone when I called 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment didn’t happen. As well as, answering questions and finalizing the call. It took 20 min to answer my call and 45 min to complete my call and explain why my appointment never happened and then to reschedule it.

I had an appointment scheduled I had an appointment scheduled. Already paid all the fees. waited an hour on the phone for the video appointment, no doctor. They call later saying technical difficulties and schedule a new appointment, then they cancel that appoint " for some reason" which is all the email says. Trying to get a refund because at this point it is a waste of my time. Impossible to get someone from customer service on the phone. I will update to let it be known if I get my refund or not.
