I could tell that he actually looked at my records and my prescriptions and was interested in my health. I felt like a real person who was at a real doctors visit. This is very important to me.

GB1st Impressions The questions I was I able to… The questions asked I was able to answer with ease. The focus was on my health history, current meds and current state of health. I was told what to expect next over the next weeks. I was also told my prescription would be ordered and delivered in a few days. Everything has happened exactly as I was told it would happen. I appreciate your professionalism. That’s why I gave 5 stars.

GBShafted out of $321.00 I signed up for 3 months of future health at a discounted rate. My credit card was quickly charged for the 3 months of subscription service as well as medicine when I had not even consulted a doctor. What if I didn't qualify for the medicine, what if I wanted a more affordable option. I wasn't sure where my journey would lead. So when I asked for a refund, it took customer service 3 days to get back to me via email as the open chat on the app was not working. Luckily I was able to get a refund for my medicine but I could not get a refund for the 3 month subscription as it was purchased at a discounted rate. The subscription is NON-refundable even though no services were redendered! Expensive lesson on my end. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!

GBI had an appointment scheduled I had an appointment scheduled. Already paid all the fees. waited an hour on the phone for the video appointment, no doctor. They call later saying technical difficulties and schedule a new appointment, then they cancel that appoint " for some reason" which is all the email says. Trying to get a refund because at this point it is a waste of my time. Impossible to get someone from customer service on the phone. I will update to let it be known if I get my refund or not.
