Both PA and Dr were polite and kind as… Both PA and Dr were polite and kind as I was on location working with clients. My first appointment was canceled due to tech problems on your side. Your assistances made sure to reschedule me same day. I wish I had more quiet place and internet. I would have liked to have seen a quicker response to answering the phone when I called 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment didn’t happen. As well as, answering questions and finalizing the call. It took 20 min to answer my call and 45 min to complete my call and explain why my appointment never happened and then to reschedule it.

Professional and thorough I had to wait a few minutes but that was OK. Dr. Scott was thorough, patience and very professional. seem to genuinely care about my well-being before making a determination if these medicines would be an good option for me. Thank you, Dr. Scott for your professionalism.

SO FAR SO GOOD! My first visit was great with Dr. Penington. He provided lots of great information and thoroughly explained how the process will start. I've done a ton of research beforehand so I'm not going in blind. I'll update as I go.
