GBNo Customer Service on Order status Ordered a product that apparently was out of stock, but PF never followed up on it. Called twice and left messages, as well as emailed Customer Service with no response. Finally had to go to AMEX to dispute the charge, with no product delivered. PF finally answered and refunded our money.

GBThe vitamins I ordered seem of high… The vitamins I ordered seem of high quality. I like getting vitamins that have natural food sources in them. The delivery for it was beyond fast. I don't recall if they were shipped from nearby but it was extremely fast.

SGGood the second time My initial order was refunded as they thought my forwarder’s address in the US was a scam. That resulted in a $25 loss in foreign exchange for me in my currency. I felt that they could have contacted me to verify information instead as I had used PayPal to pay for my order. I contacted them to find out why my order was refunded. Long story short, my new order was accepted and shipped to my forwarder and that arrived quick. That order went smoothly.
