Shipping error made right. There was a shipping error some how. My shipment arrived in a different state and the tracking said it was delivered when it was not. I called to inform them I in fact had not received the product. They checked it out and informed me of the shipping error and quickly sent out another order by air to make it right.

Nutrition matters a lot nowadays I am actually fond of buying various nutrition and supplements in order to know that my organism remains healthy. I have no time to visit doctors and observe my organism, because it often takes too much time. So, I try to buy supplements by my own in various shops and pharmacy stores. My objectives are connected with my wish to maintain health stable. I have decided to visit this pharmacy shop in order to buy some supplements and nutrition. I like organic nutrition hence I always try to find something like that. The staff here is pretty responsive and I remained satisfied with communication with it.

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. I did online chat no reply, I called and left a message no reply and called several times no answer. One item wasn't available no email. Saw that I was credited but didn't know why until my order came.

Genuinely impressed with Premier Formulas! Wow! I can't believe I stumbled upon such a wonderful online supplement providing company! Great prices, fantastic selection, free shipping, and amazing customer service! I have previously had trouble finding a source for harder to find/ higher integrity supplements that also offers fair prices and great service and then I discovered this hidden gem at just the right time. TRULY quality supplements that are not always easy to find (ie Metagenics, Allergy Research, Douglas Labs, Wise Women etc). Their website also provides a lot of valuable nutrition and wellness information and they have a very easy to use search engine for products. After one experience with them I added them to my Favorites Bar on my desktop:) Very impressed and excited to have found a new resource for my supplement needs!

No Customer Service on Order status Ordered a product that apparently was out of stock, but PF never followed up on it. Called twice and left messages, as well as emailed Customer Service with no response. Finally had to go to AMEX to dispute the charge, with no product delivered. PF finally answered and refunded our money.
