Great! Excellent customer service and products!

No Customer Service on Order status Ordered a product that apparently was out of stock, but PF never followed up on it. Called twice and left messages, as well as emailed Customer Service with no response. Finally had to go to AMEX to dispute the charge, with no product delivered. PF finally answered and refunded our money.

I have ordered from Premier Formulas… I am impressed with Premier Formulas.... I have ordered from them several times now. Each time the product has shipped promptly. Their communication at all stages of the order is timely and appropriate. Because of their very thorough packaging all the product I have ordered has arrived undamaged although it has been in glass bottles. They don't fill my inbox with ads either. Great company to do business with.

Multiple repeat customer Multiple repeat customer. Only suggestion is to send shipping notices. Though shipping is fast, it would be nice to receive notices w. tracking number.

Shipping error made right. There was a shipping error some how. My shipment arrived in a different state and the tracking said it was delivered when it was not. I called to inform them I in fact had not received the product. They checked it out and informed me of the shipping error and quickly sent out another order by air to make it right.
