Thank you for all you help in sending me a replacement, when this wasn’t even your fault. Unfortunately for UPS….yeah your customer service falls so short! You can’t even speak to a live person! I’ll never use your service…because it’s absolutely horrible!

GBCustomer Service Response I reached out to customer service asking for help regarding a gift offer/subscription issue. I placed an order and reactivated a subscription. About 45 minutes later, I received a text wherein I could receive a free topical magnesium – if I reactivated a subscription. I reached out to see if they could somehow get this in with the one I has just reactivated. My 2 orders had already been shipped out by the time customer service got back to me, but they were able to get the issue corrected/item added on to my next subscription delivery. Not only that, they went above & beyond by gifting me an additional discount my next delivery, which really meant the world to me. I appreciated the kind words, readiness to correct the issue, and willingness to go one step further to make a customer feel supported & appreciated. Jonathan assisted me & did a fantastic job!
