USSubscription Scam I echo the 2-star review from Bec about the subscriptions. They do not send reminder emails, even for the first subscription order after many months. Then when trying to cancel the order immediately they say their policy is not to cancel orders, even though the order has not yet been packed and could be stopped easily. Why not remind customers of their subscriptions so products don't get wasted? Why not cancel an order that was created by mistake?

I had a minor problem in one of my orders, and what did they do? They replaced my whole order and sent it out with expedited shipping at zero cost!
