I had a minor problem in one of my orders, and what did they do? They replaced my whole order and sent it out with expedited shipping at zero cost! GBCustomer Service Response I reached out to customer service asking for help regarding a gift offer/subscription issue. I placed an order and reactivated a subscription. About 45 minutes later, I received a text wherein I could receive a free topical magnesium – if I reactivated a subscription. I reached out to see if they could somehow get this in with the one I has just reactivated. My 2 orders had already been shipped out by the time customer service got back to me, but they were able to get the issue corrected/item added on to my next subscription delivery. Not only that, they went above & beyond by gifting me an additional discount my next delivery, which really meant the world to me. I appreciated the kind words, readiness to correct the issue, and willingness to go one step further to make a customer feel supported & appreciated. Jonathan assisted me & did a fantastic job! My email was addresses in a timely manner and I am so grateful for the additional discount. Thanks Cymbiotika!!!
