Really cool concept Really cool concept. The hope of retesting kept me motivated to keep taking the vitamins. However, there are still kinks in the process to work out especially around test kit processing.

I like having the individual packages… I like having the individual packages already done for me. I like the idea about the information cards about each vitamin I’m taking, but honestly you need to tell me what each vitamin is doing to help me. If you tell me this one helps with the heart or this one helps with my joints, that would be very helpful. People ask me why I’m taking certain vitamins and i don’t know why. Thx eric

I had an ordinarry experince with… I had an ordinarry experince with baze.com. Everythng was almst good, though not perfect. The site was quite user friendly and navigatin was easy. I was able to acheive what I needed in a jiffy. When it comes to customer servce, things could be improved litle bit. However overall I found it satisfactry for a non-shopping experince.

Baze support was quick and efficient Baze support was quick and efficient. I misplaced my test kit some months ago and found it during my move. I contacted Baze to see if the kit was still valid, and they quickly told me it was expired and they'd already submitted a replacement kit for delivery. Overall great experience!
