Instead of taking a random amount of pills or eating random amounts of food, I now know exactly how my levels are and get the exact amount of nutrients I need. My only negative feedback is that the product is quite expensive and still in early stage of development, you've to be a bit tolerant if things don't run perfectly but it's worth it.
