Aaron keeps me accountable Aaron keeps me accountable! He knows his stuff and makes the workouts challenging but doable. He can moderate workouts for gym or home as needed! The process he uses is very direct and easy to follow. He also is very helpful in making eating habits a lifestyle. If you like sweets like me, he will help you incorporate and moderate that. He also can create shopping lists for you which always makes life easier! 100% recommend!

I’ve struggled since high school with… I’ve struggled since high school with weight gain and was almost too scared to ask for help. But I’m so glad I did because Aaron had changed my life. He has believed in me even when I couldn’t believe in myself. He’s my biggest supporter and biggest cheerleader. He’s not just a coach, he’s a friend and he wants everyone to be the best they can be. With a penchant for animals With a penchant for animals, I recently decided to try the services offered by AnimalBasedAcademy.com. My experience with the company was medioce - nothing extrodinary. It offered a basic range of services about animal welfare, but in general these seemed quite routine. The website was quite straightforward, which was helpful, but there was the occasional spelllign mistake which detracted from the user experience. Customer service was average - staff were polite but there wasn't much on offer in terms of advice or assistence. Ultimately, this was an ordianry experience with no suprises.
