I am loving the workouts and the accountability that I needed to help me succeed. The workouts and menu are all laid out for me, so it is easy to follow. I am feeling results and noticing changes. I had an ordinry experence with… I had an ordinry experence with animalbasedacademy.com. They provide average service, but almost all of the productz are of good condition. I think their customer service is ok. They didn't give me too much trouble but the response time was a bit too long. Their pricing is quite competitve but they need to imporve their reliability and learn to solve problems quickly. All in all, it's not ideal but still kinda good.

And my dad is a die hard never miss a day old school discipline guy that says no one should need a trainer when self discipline is free. He’s also a cranky old hermit! If you have anyone in your life trying to talk you out of getting a coach, use it as fuel! Aaron is awesome and totally worth it. Creates a really awesome community too. loving it!

I’ve struggled since high school with… I’ve struggled since high school with weight gain and was almost too scared to ask for help. But I’m so glad I did because Aaron had changed my life. He has believed in me even when I couldn’t believe in myself. He’s my biggest supporter and biggest cheerleader. He’s not just a coach, he’s a friend and he wants everyone to be the best they can be. All it takes is a little bit of trust and some commitment, and I promise you he will help guide you, especially on the hard days. My life motto is WWAD? What would Aaron do?
