I think their customer service is ok. They didn't give me too much trouble but the response time was a bit too long. Their pricing is quite competitve but they need to imporve their reliability and learn to solve problems quickly. All in all, it's not ideal but still kinda good.

With a penchant for animals With a penchant for animals, I recently decided to try the services offered by AnimalBasedAcademy.com. My experience with the company was medioce - nothing extrodinary. It offered a basic range of services about animal welfare, but in general these seemed quite routine. The website was quite straightforward, which was helpful, but there was the occasional spelllign mistake which detracted from the user experience. Customer service was average - staff were polite but there wasn't much on offer in terms of advice or assistence. Ultimately, this was an ordianry experience with no suprises.
