10/10! Aaron knows what he is doing when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and coaching. He is available to support you through the ups and downs and changes your mindset to get you out of the “dieting” mentality. He has helped me to meet my fitness goals of getting stronger, losing fat, and building muscle. His knowledge really makes him an expert in what he does and it’s reflected in the plans he writes for his clients.

Animal Based Elite 10/10 experience If anyone/everyone is looking for a human being that can genuinely change your life; it’s Aaron Patterson. Animal Based Elite is an entire package that leads to cleaner lifestyle. I could not be more pleased with the meals, the workouts, and the overall consistency of Aaron reaching out to check in. changed my life, my wife’s life and ultimately will shape our little girls. 10/10 recommend.

So happy with my results! Wow! Aaron truly transformed my life. Being a busy mom, it is challenging to create the time and space to work out and think of balanced meals to fuel my body. Aaron did ALL of that for me. He figured out my macros, meals & workouts! He took out all the guess work for me. I 100% recommend him to anyone trying to better their life! I’m about to start my 4th week of… I’m about to start my 4th week of Aaron’s nutrition and workout program and I have loved every day of it! The workouts have been the challenge I’ve needed and the nutrition has been easy to follow. Lots of yummy recipes and easy meals, even some good stuff to curb my sweet tooth. Aaron has been such a great coach. He regularly checks in and will hold you accountable, and is always available to answer any questions and give advice. In 3 weeks I’ve seen great changes in my body and the way I feel overall. This program has been the extra push I’ve needed to help hold myself accountable and see results that I’m really proud of. I’m looking forward to continuing Aaron’s program and continuing to make progress towards my health and fitness goals!
