I had a warranty problem on my furnaceā€¦ I had a warranty problem on my furnace Mr Cool. Still waiting for parts to fix it I report the problem December 26th 2023 it is now January 22nd still no correspondence and why I haven't received my part I've text numerous times for an answer not ever getting an answer other than it is warranted. It took five people and four service calls from complete home comfort. to get this part ordered that was defective from the start. I still haven't been contacted of an ETA and this part that I need. I suggest never ever buying a Mr Cool furnace because parts are too hard to get. That's why you only got one star.

Disappointed Mr Cool unit not DIY To be straight forward with you, I'm disappointed that the unit I received turned out not to be a DIY Mr Cool unit. I was under the mistaken impression that the one I ordered was a DIY unit but it's not. I thought Mr Cool was DIY. As I looked at Utube at installations videos on several different channels it's painfully obvious that mine is not a DIY unit. Paper template is missing, the the 3.54 inch hole drill piece is missing. The guide for the tubing through the wall is missing. The wrap for the tubing isn't there. Instead of just connecting the lines and opening them. I have to hire a HVAC guy to vacuum the lines and probably put in refrigerant. Also the instructions manual must be for a professional installer. I would recommend that you inform purchasers that certain units of Mr Cool are not DIY and are not appropriate for non-professionals. Gary Siler January 2024

Outstanding Supportā€¦ Paul was extremely helpful with everything I needed. He was also able to connect me with another individual to assist with connecting the ECOBEE thermostat. I only wish Mr. Cool could provide the same level of excellent support.

Good company and staff. The people I talked with were able to answer all my questions. When one person did not know the answer, I was transferred to someone that did. Very knowledgeable. I purchased a scratch & dent. I received multiple photos of the universal condenser before purchase. Excellent communication all the way to the door. I can not wait to get installed and evaluate.

Great 2-stage unit! Got it delivered swiftly, and installed successfully along external in-take air PVC pipe by my HVAC man, fired up well as expected, and runs significantly quieter - just a few hours! It keeps the house warm at this time of year, which is what we really want.
