GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed an order on March 30th and I just received my order today, April 26th. I needed this shipment at the beginning of April, as soon I as found out there was a slight delay, I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. But, they said I could not cancel and get a refund because it was a “special order.” This was VERY upsetting due to having to cancel original plans because this order took so long. Even upon receiving the shipment almost a month later, the flowers look faded or dead! STILL VERY UPSETTING because they still cannot be used after waiting such a long time! I would not order again and I would not recommend!

GBDon't trust the processing and shipping times Large selection and decent prices but do not trust their claims on their processing and shipping times. They know about the issue but continue to advertise processing and shipping times that they do not actually meet and then respond only with "sorry, we do not guaranty processing or shipping time." Then don't make the claims on your website if you aren't going to meet them.
