I love the rapid reorder page, as I can shop my normal products quickly. On the rare occasion when I have received damaged items, thay have always replaced or refunded the item. I would recommend shopping here!

GBReally awful customer service Really awful customer service. They keep cancelling our order- they say "speak to your bank." Well, I spoke to the bank and the bank has approved the transaction each time we've tried to place it. I told this to the customer service team member and was told to review the cancellation email and contact my bank. I have enough funds, the bank has approved, this makes no sense!!
