Saved my bacon! Didn't order enough, need them in a week and you had the right product for a very right price! It didn't even hurt to go 2 day shipping to make sure we had them in plenty of time...thank you!!

Really awful customer service Really awful customer service. They keep cancelling our order- they say "speak to your bank." Well, I spoke to the bank and the bank has approved the transaction each time we've tried to place it. I told this to the customer service team member and was told to review the cancellation email and contact my bank. I have enough funds, the bank has approved, this makes no sense!!

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed an order on March 30th and I just received my order today, April 26th. I needed this shipment at the beginning of April, as soon I as found out there was a slight delay, I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. But, they said I could not cancel and get a refund because it was a “special order.” This was VERY upsetting due to having to cancel original plans because this order took so long. Even upon receiving the shipment almost a month later, the flowers look faded or dead! STILL VERY UPSETTING because they still cannot be used after waiting such a long time! I would not order again and I would not recommend!
