First class service and excellent softener. This is our second crown softener that we have purchased from Fountain Softeners, the first was in 2009 which lasted around 15 years (they don’t go on forever). The replacement which arrived a week ago is the latest twintec from Harvey Softeners along with 6 packs of block salt, all quoted delivery times were met. This is the best company to purchase the twintec softener from as it comes with a five year warranty for both parts and labour which no one else provides and the price is also considerably cheaper.

Please Keep Your Money in your Pocket Please think about what your going to put yourself through.. On the 29th May 2023 I purchased water softener and filtration system totalling over £1000. On the site with it's glossy adds buy with confidence Full Refund given if your not happy...However my experience of lies not returning my calls, no clue of when my purchase was going to arrive. I have asked for a refund. Well that is a Joke in it's self. The date to day is the 27th of July 2023 I am still waiting.. I have now spoken to a researcher from a well known consumer program,to see if they can help!! Please Keep money in your pocket and try another company!! Mr Terence Bowerman

Excellent service. I've had my water softener from Fountain for several years. I could always count on the firms support when I had minor issues with my equipment. I have now bought a new water softener as James was always helpful and assisted with any queries in a professional manner. It is a true pleasure to support this business time and time again.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them I’m always really happy with the customer service at fountain softeners, I’ve been using them for a few years now and have always had a good experience with them. Avoid this company! Like other reviewers have experienced, this company should be avoided if you don't want the hassle and don't want to be lied to. I ordered 60 bags of block salt on 26th June after numerous calls to chase up, they finally delivered 33 bags on 7th Sep. After chasing for the remaining 27 bags for 4 weeks, I made one last attempt on 11th Oct to get it delivered. The lady on the phone promised to escalate it and give me a call back. This of course did not happen and forced me to raise a dispute with PayPal and requested a refund for the remaining bags, calculated fairly (Unlike this company, I am honest and fair). They obviously have stock issues, and I will understand if they communicated that to me. Tell me a realistic time frame instead of telling me that it will be delivered in a few days or next week when clearly you know it won't. I have been out of pocket for nearly 4 months and a lot of time wasted calling them. You have been warned.
