GBExpert advice given Contacted the company about a problem I had with my softener assuming I would have to replace it. Without trying to sell me anything I was put through to the technical department who explained exactly what they thought the problem could be. I was even emailed a link to the parts required, instructions and video on how to carry out the repair myself. It was easy, successful and cheap to repair. I was so appreciative to find a genuinely helpful company who actually helped me save money rather than try to line their own pockets! Without a doubt I would recommend!!

GBExcellent service. I've had my water softener from Fountain for several years. I could always count on the firms support when I had minor issues with my equipment. I have now bought a new water softener as James was always helpful and assisted with any queries in a professional manner. It is a true pleasure to support this business time and time again.

GB0 stars / avoid avoid avoid 0 stars / avoid avoid avoid Ordered a water softener Simplex Metered Commercial Water Softeners | 1 inch connections on 6th Feb promised delivery it came 3/4 weeks later, incomplete order. Had to chase them profusely. There didn’t update until we advised always delayed DPD fault never took owner ship. Let down our big customer, had to pay abortive fee to our client . Never received an apology. Now trying to raise a compliant and compensation process and no answer just getting ignored. This is beyond terrible service ! Will NOT use or recommend

GBIf only you responded to your customers as quick as a bad review! If only you responded to your customers as quick as you reply to a bad review on here, I would still have my customer! This was the first time this customer used my services, due to the fact that your team took weeks to return a phone call or respond to an email, the customer thought I was taking the mick and lost confidence/trust in me. I was told I would be given a refund but as usual it took 6 weeks to receive! Unlike your company I issued the full refund straight away for the tap and my services, losing out financially. After chasing you daily, 6 weeks later I got a refund to find it was only partial. How can you have the audacity not to give me a refund for the tap and the filter, that I bought as a package - an embarrassing service.

GBPlease Keep Your Money in your Pocket Please think about what your going to put yourself through.. On the 29th May 2023 I purchased water softener and filtration system totalling over £1000. On the site with it's glossy adds buy with confidence Full Refund given if your not happy...However my experience of lies not returning my calls, no clue of when my purchase was going to arrive. I have asked for a refund. Well that is a Joke in it's self. The date to day is the 27th of July 2023 I am still waiting.. I have now spoken to a researcher from a well known consumer program,to see if they can help!! Please Keep money in your pocket and try another company!! Mr Terence Bowerman
