GBIf only you responded to your customers as quick as a bad review! If only you responded to your customers as quick as you reply to a bad review on here, I would still have my customer! This was the first time this customer used my services, due to the fact that your team took weeks to return a phone call or respond to an email, the customer thought I was taking the mick and lost confidence/trust in me. I was told I would be given a refund but as usual it took 6 weeks to receive! Unlike your company I issued the full refund straight away for the tap and my services, losing out financially. After chasing you daily, 6 weeks later I got a refund to find it was only partial. How can you have the audacity not to give me a refund for the tap and the filter, that I bought as a package - an embarrassing service.

GBI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them I’m always really happy with the customer service at fountain softeners, I’ve been using them for a few years now and have always had a good experience with them. Their technical advice is always spot on if ever I need it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, as I do to all my customers.

GBExpert advice given Contacted the company about a problem I had with my softener assuming I would have to replace it. Without trying to sell me anything I was put through to the technical department who explained exactly what they thought the problem could be. I was even emailed a link to the parts required, instructions and video on how to carry out the repair myself. It was easy, successful and cheap to repair. I was so appreciative to find a genuinely helpful company who actually helped me save money rather than try to line their own pockets! Without a doubt I would recommend!!

GBAvoid this company! Like other reviewers have experienced, this company should be avoided if you don't want the hassle and don't want to be lied to. I ordered 60 bags of block salt on 26th June after numerous calls to chase up, they finally delivered 33 bags on 7th Sep. After chasing for the remaining 27 bags for 4 weeks, I made one last attempt on 11th Oct to get it delivered. The lady on the phone promised to escalate it and give me a call back. This of course did not happen and forced me to raise a dispute with PayPal and requested a refund for the remaining bags, calculated fairly (Unlike this company, I am honest and fair). They obviously have stock issues, and I will understand if they communicated that to me. Tell me a realistic time frame instead of telling me that it will be delivered in a few days or next week when clearly you know it won't. I have been out of pocket for nearly 4 months and a lot of time wasted calling them. You have been warned.

GBVery timely delivery of our Harvey… Very timely delivery of our Harvey Crown water softener and blocks of salt - I spoke to customer services just to check on a delivery date (as we'd already booked our plumber for something else, so we were keen to get the above delivered) and as promised, delivered on the day stated. I can't believe we hadn't bought a softener sooner! Pete
