GBAvoid this company! Like other reviewers have experienced, this company should be avoided if you don't want the hassle and don't want to be lied to. I ordered 60 bags of block salt on 26th June after numerous calls to chase up, they finally delivered 33 bags on 7th Sep. After chasing for the remaining 27 bags for 4 weeks, I made one last attempt on 11th Oct to get it delivered. The lady on the phone promised to escalate it and give me a call back. This of course did not happen and forced me to raise a dispute with PayPal and requested a refund for the remaining bags, calculated fairly (Unlike this company, I am honest and fair). They obviously have stock issues, and I will understand if they communicated that to me. Tell me a realistic time frame instead of telling me that it will be delivered in a few days or next week when clearly you know it won't. I have been out of pocket for nearly 4 months and a lot of time wasted calling them. You have been warned.

GBI would not recommend using this company. The service is totally usless I have never dealt with a company with serious communication issues. I placed my order for 1 pallet of block salt (£757.74)on 27 July 2023 for delivery in 7 days, The website sait it was stock item. I started chasing for deleivery after 7 days and called them every 2 to 3 days and every time they kept saying should be delivered in 2 to 3 days time. After chasing for 33 days with no delivery date confirmation I cancelled the order on 31-08-2023 and i was told they will fully refund my order back to my debit card in 3 to 4 days. The account email confirm this on 07-09-2023 and I have still not received the refund as of today 14-09-2023. i am considering reporting the company for fraud payment with my bank and taking legal action to recover my £757.74.

GBA week before xmas my daughter asked… A week before xmas my daughter asked what could she do because her Harvey water softener had been leaking causing a high water usage bill and it was consequently isolated. That weekend I determined that the optimal solution in the circumstance was to buy a new ,boxed one from fountain softeners which they undertook to have delivered and did deliver by the Monday. I duly fitted the new softener but post commissioning discovered it was leaking from a not seen by me before on other units, a white plastic add on to the spool valve. The resulting problem was an ever rising brine tank level and water continuously running down the drain which matched the defect on the original softener. Having contacted Fountain they sent a van, changed the unit for another new one from Harveys factory. The new, new unit was fitted after dinner on Xmas day and commissioned by my son in law a few days later. In respect of this transaction I had an excellent fast efficient service from Fountain Softeners. Unfortunately Harvey Softeners appear to have ‘improved’ their design by the addition of a white plastic manifold on the side of the spool valve and it appears that may have caused these two failures.

GBIf only you responded to your customers as quick as a bad review! If only you responded to your customers as quick as you reply to a bad review on here, I would still have my customer! This was the first time this customer used my services, due to the fact that your team took weeks to return a phone call or respond to an email, the customer thought I was taking the mick and lost confidence/trust in me. I was told I would be given a refund but as usual it took 6 weeks to receive! Unlike your company I issued the full refund straight away for the tap and my services, losing out financially. After chasing you daily, 6 weeks later I got a refund to find it was only partial. How can you have the audacity not to give me a refund for the tap and the filter, that I bought as a package - an embarrassing service.

GBI ordered 12 blocks of Harvey block… I ordered 12 blocks of Harvey block salt 15 days ago [Order ID 39558054 - 31-May-2022]. Although the web page stated delivery would be two to five working days I am still awaiting for the delivery and I have not received any update from Fountain Softeners.
