I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them I’m always really happy with the customer service at fountain softeners, I’ve been using them for a few years now and have always had a good experience with them. Their technical advice is always spot on if ever I need it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, as I do to all my customers.

Avoid for pre Xmas delivery Absolute ball ache of a company to deal with. Ordered a water softener mid Aug for a customer, Chased endlessly after 4 weeks as no update. Had a call with the sales director who again gave empty promises. Have put it in dispute with credit card company, 7 weeks of being led up the garden path, joke of a company.

Very timely delivery of our Harvey… Very timely delivery of our Harvey Crown water softener and blocks of salt - I spoke to customer services just to check on a delivery date (as we'd already booked our plumber for something else, so we were keen to get the above delivered) and as promised, delivered on the day stated. I can't believe we hadn't bought a softener sooner! Pete

First class service and excellent softener. This is our second crown softener that we have purchased from Fountain Softeners, the first was in 2009 which lasted around 15 years (they don’t go on forever). The replacement which arrived a week ago is the latest twintec from Harvey Softeners along with 6 packs of block salt, all quoted delivery times were met. This is the best company to purchase the twintec softener from as it comes with a five year warranty for both parts and labour which no one else provides and the price is also considerably cheaper.
