Bought Harvey Crown Water Softener Bought a Harvey Crown water softener after talking to James quite late one evening. Good price and 6 months free salt was even better. Slight delay in delivery due to supplier issue did not detract from the experience. His staff answered the phone out of hours and were very helpful. Can be a bit slow with any follow up action.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them I’m always really happy with the customer service at fountain softeners, I’ve been using them for a few years now and have always had a good experience with them. I ordered 12 blocks of Harvey block… I ordered 12 blocks of Harvey block salt 15 days ago [Order ID 39558054 - 31-May-2022]. Although the web page stated delivery would be two to five working days I am still awaiting for the delivery and I have not received any update from Fountain Softeners.

10 Ltr water Softener Had a Problem With a damaged delivered Softener . It was replaced within 48Hrs and the faulty one collected the following day. James of Fountain Softeners could not of been more apologetic and helpful.
