GB10 Ltr water Softener Had a Problem With a damaged delivered Softener . It was replaced within 48Hrs and the faulty one collected the following day. James of Fountain Softeners could not of been more apologetic and helpful.

GBFirst class service and excellent softener. This is our second crown softener that we have purchased from Fountain Softeners, the first was in 2009 which lasted around 15 years (they don’t go on forever). The replacement which arrived a week ago is the latest twintec from Harvey Softeners along with 6 packs of block salt, all quoted delivery times were met. This is the best company to purchase the twintec softener from as it comes with a five year warranty for both parts and labour which no one else provides and the price is also considerably cheaper.

GBIf only you responded to your customers as quick as a bad review! If only you responded to your customers as quick as you reply to a bad review on here, I would still have my customer! This was the first time this customer used my services, due to the fact that your team took weeks to return a phone call or respond to an email, the customer thought I was taking the mick and lost confidence/trust in me. I was told I would be given a refund but as usual it took 6 weeks to receive! Unlike your company I issued the full refund straight away for the tap and my services, losing out financially. After chasing you daily, 6 weeks later I got a refund to find it was only partial. How can you have the audacity not to give me a refund for the tap and the filter, that I bought as a package - an embarrassing service.
