Excellent Service I have ordered my water filter cartridges from Fountain Softeners for some years. I have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable and my order has always been delivered as promised. I would recommend this company.

Had to chase them profusely. There didn’t update until we advised always delayed DPD fault never took owner ship. Let down our big customer, had to pay abortive fee to our client . Never received an apology. Now trying to raise a compliant and compensation process and no answer just getting ignored. This is beyond terrible service ! Will NOT use or recommend

I ordered 12 blocks of Harvey block… I ordered 12 blocks of Harvey block salt 15 days ago [Order ID 39558054 - 31-May-2022]. Although the web page stated delivery would be two to five working days I am still awaiting for the delivery and I have not received any update from Fountain Softeners.

Very timely delivery of our Harvey… Very timely delivery of our Harvey Crown water softener and blocks of salt - I spoke to customer services just to check on a delivery date (as we'd already booked our plumber for something else, so we were keen to get the above delivered) and as promised, delivered on the day stated. I can't believe we hadn't bought a softener sooner! Pete

Excellent service. I've had my water softener from Fountain for several years. I could always count on the firms support when I had minor issues with my equipment. I have now bought a new water softener as James was always helpful and assisted with any queries in a professional manner. It is a true pleasure to support this business time and time again.
