I would not recommend using this company. The service is totally usless I have never dealt with a company with serious communication issues. I placed my order for 1 pallet of block salt (£757.74)on 27 July 2023 for delivery in 7 days, The website sait it was stock item. I started chasing for deleivery after 7 days and called them every 2 to 3 days and every time they kept saying should be delivered in 2 to 3 days time. After chasing for 33 days with no delivery date confirmation I cancelled the order on 31-08-2023 and i was told they will fully refund my order back to my debit card in 3 to 4 days. The account email confirm this on 07-09-2023 and I have still not received the refund as of today 14-09-2023. i am considering reporting the company for fraud payment with my bank and taking legal action to recover my £757.74.

Ordered the water filter Ordered the water filter, hoping it would solve the problem of not buying plastic water bottles. Had kitchen fitted in September, and fitted the water filter, didn’t work and was leaking, emailed, called and still not resolved and it’s November now!! What will it take?

If only you responded to your customers as quick as a bad review! If only you responded to your customers as quick as you reply to a bad review on here, I would still have my customer! This was the first time this customer used my services, due to the fact that your team took weeks to return a phone call or respond to an email, the customer thought I was taking the mick and lost confidence/trust in me. I was told I would be given a refund but as usual it took 6 weeks to receive! Unlike your company I issued the full refund straight away for the tap and my services, losing out financially. After chasing you daily, 6 weeks later I got a refund to find it was only partial. How can you have the audacity not to give me a refund for the tap and the filter, that I bought as a package - an embarrassing service.

Expert advice given Contacted the company about a problem I had with my softener assuming I would have to replace it. Without trying to sell me anything I was put through to the technical department who explained exactly what they thought the problem could be. I was even emailed a link to the parts required, instructions and video on how to carry out the repair myself. It was easy, successful and cheap to repair. I was so appreciative to find a genuinely helpful company who actually helped me save money rather than try to line their own pockets! Without a doubt I would recommend!!

Avoid for pre Xmas delivery Absolute ball ache of a company to deal with. Ordered a water softener mid Aug for a customer, Chased endlessly after 4 weeks as no update. Had a call with the sales director who again gave empty promises. Have put it in dispute with credit card company, 7 weeks of being led up the garden path, joke of a company.
