Slight delay in delivery due to supplier issue did not detract from the experience. His staff answered the phone out of hours and were very helpful. Can be a bit slow with any follow up action.

Expert advice given Contacted the company about a problem I had with my softener assuming I would have to replace it. Without trying to sell me anything I was put through to the technical department who explained exactly what they thought the problem could be. I was even emailed a link to the parts required, instructions and video on how to carry out the repair myself. It was easy, successful and cheap to repair.
