GBBought Harvey Crown Water Softener Bought a Harvey Crown water softener after talking to James quite late one evening. Good price and 6 months free salt was even better. Slight delay in delivery due to supplier issue did not detract from the experience. His staff answered the phone out of hours and were very helpful. Can be a bit slow with any follow up action.

GBI would not recommend using this company. The service is totally usless I have never dealt with a company with serious communication issues. I placed my order for 1 pallet of block salt (£757.74)on 27 July 2023 for delivery in 7 days, The website sait it was stock item. I started chasing for deleivery after 7 days and called them every 2 to 3 days and every time they kept saying should be delivered in 2 to 3 days time. After chasing for 33 days with no delivery date confirmation I cancelled the order on 31-08-2023 and i was told they will fully refund my order back to my debit card in 3 to 4 days. The account email confirm this on 07-09-2023 and I have still not received the refund as of today 14-09-2023. i am considering reporting the company for fraud payment with my bank and taking legal action to recover my £757.74.

GBI telephoned the helpline for some… I telephoned the helpline for some guidance on a water softener supplied by Fountain Softeners in a house that I have purchased. The receptionist and technical team could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

GBIf only you responded to your customers as quick as a bad review! If only you responded to your customers as quick as you reply to a bad review on here, I would still have my customer! This was the first time this customer used my services, due to the fact that your team took weeks to return a phone call or respond to an email, the customer thought I was taking the mick and lost confidence/trust in me. I was told I would be given a refund but as usual it took 6 weeks to receive! Unlike your company I issued the full refund straight away for the tap and my services, losing out financially. After chasing you daily, 6 weeks later I got a refund to find it was only partial. How can you have the audacity not to give me a refund for the tap and the filter, that I bought as a package - an embarrassing service.
