Excellent Service I have ordered my water filter cartridges from Fountain Softeners for some years. I have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable and my order has always been delivered as promised. I would recommend this company.

Very timely delivery of our Harvey… Very timely delivery of our Harvey Crown water softener and blocks of salt - I spoke to customer services just to check on a delivery date (as we'd already booked our plumber for something else, so we were keen to get the above delivered) and as promised, delivered on the day stated. I ordered 12 blocks of Harvey block… I ordered 12 blocks of Harvey block salt 15 days ago [Order ID 39558054 - 31-May-2022]. Although the web page stated delivery would be two to five working days I am still awaiting for the delivery and I have not received any update from Fountain Softeners.

If only you responded to your customers as quick as a bad review! If only you responded to your customers as quick as you reply to a bad review on here, I would still have my customer! This was the first time this customer used my services, due to the fact that your team took weeks to return a phone call or respond to an email, the customer thought I was taking the mick and lost confidence/trust in me. I was told I would be given a refund but as usual it took 6 weeks to receive! Unlike your company I issued the full refund straight away for the tap and my services, losing out financially. After chasing you daily, 6 weeks later I got a refund to find it was only partial. How can you have the audacity not to give me a refund for the tap and the filter, that I bought as a package - an embarrassing service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them I’m always really happy with the customer service at fountain softeners, I’ve been using them for a few years now and have always had a good experience with them. Their technical advice is always spot on if ever I need it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, as I do to all my customers.
