Bought Harvey Crown Water Softener Bought a Harvey Crown water softener after talking to James quite late one evening. Good price and 6 months free salt was even better. Slight delay in delivery due to supplier issue did not detract from the experience. His staff answered the phone out of hours and were very helpful. Can be a bit slow with any follow up action.

First class service and excellent softener. This is our second crown softener that we have purchased from Fountain Softeners, the first was in 2009 which lasted around 15 years (they don’t go on forever). The replacement which arrived a week ago is the latest twintec from Harvey Softeners along with 6 packs of block salt, all quoted delivery times were met. This is the best company to purchase the twintec softener from as it comes with a five year warranty for both parts and labour which no one else provides and the price is also considerably cheaper.

Very timely delivery of our Harvey… Very timely delivery of our Harvey Crown water softener and blocks of salt - I spoke to customer services just to check on a delivery date (as we'd already booked our plumber for something else, so we were keen to get the above delivered) and as promised, delivered on the day stated. I telephoned the helpline for some… I telephoned the helpline for some guidance on a water softener supplied by Fountain Softeners in a house that I have purchased. The receptionist and technical team could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.
