USThey came through for me!! Had a real issue with a new mini-split unit I bought from them. Had a devil of a time getting local HVAC guys to handle the warranty issue and was just plain stuck with a non-serviceable unit. I reached out to the seller, ComfortUp, with high hopes but low expectations due to the touchy warranty surrounding mini-splits and installers. They (Carey specifically) took my issue into consideration and somehow got me a replacement unit sent to me! I really thought I would be stuck with a dud unit. So pleased to do business with a company that cares about customers and their reputation.

USProduct size was not properly depicted Product size was not properly depicted, the gree mini splits we purchased also won’t stay in Fahrenheit it resets to Celsius whenever the remote is used. The thermostat and remote are not user friendly at all. Units are not great at heating and very costly power bill. They do not Automatic shut off when temp is reached.

USWarranty When I pulled up the warranty registration to register the two units, in the fine print it states , THEY DO NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OVER THE INTERNET . I called the company an the never called me back. Bottom line no warranty. Even thou the advertising on eBay states the warranty information.

USPurchased 10 Gree 9000BTU 38 seer with… Purchased 10 Gree 9000BTU 38 seer with built in WiFi mini split system. They gave me a discount. Three units arrived damaged by shipping company. I provided photos. ComfortUp immediately sent three more units without hesitation. All units are installed and work great. I would recommend ComfortUp!
