GBThey came through for me!! Had a real issue with a new mini-split unit I bought from them. Had a devil of a time getting local HVAC guys to handle the warranty issue and was just plain stuck with a non-serviceable unit. I reached out to the seller, ComfortUp, with high hopes but low expectations due to the touchy warranty surrounding mini-splits and installers. They (Carey specifically) took my issue into consideration and somehow got me a replacement unit sent to me! I really thought I would be stuck with a dud unit. So pleased to do business with a company that cares about customers and their reputation.

GBWarranty When I pulled up the warranty registration to register the two units, in the fine print it states , THEY DO NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OVER THE INTERNET . I called the company an the never called me back. Bottom line no warranty. Even thou the advertising on eBay states the warranty information.

GBI bought a Gree Split Air from this… I bought a Gree Split Air from this company. Had it installed by a certified A/C technician. This unit is still under warranty. I tried to contact this company by phone and by e-mail numerous times, no one will call me back. My air has been out over two weeks now. Be careful when buying from this company. They are happy to sell you the unit but will not be there when there is a warranty problem. Update:7/6/18 I finally received a call from Comfort up and they have assured me that they have contacted Gree and in turn Gree has contacted the technician that installed the air conditioner and the part needed will be shipped to him for installation.

GBThank God for Product Experts! Wasn't sure about what I needed, but scheduled a consultation with a product expert and got all my questions answered. After providing some measurements and specs about my home, David was able to pair me with the perfect system that is eligible for the tax credit and a rebate in my area - he even helped me find an installer. This is really ABOVE AND BEYOND the kind of Customer Service you find anywhere these days. I really appreciate the time they spent with me and would gladly recommend Comfortup.
