Shipping company is arrogant and disrespectful if you can’t make their suggested time then they reschedule you for a week later at their convenience. We purchased four AC units within 4 weeks three units had already failed. They have great marketing and a slick website though. They can take money fast!

After providing some measurements and specs about my home, David was able to pair me with the perfect system that is eligible for the tax credit and a rebate in my area - he even helped me find an installer. GBHorrible The delivery service was horrible. The secretary on the phone was nasty when she called to schedule and recommend we go pick up the unit at the shipping facility instead of having it delivered as it weighed alot. We had it delivered to our home. There was only one delivery man who was older and unable to move it himself. He had no hand truck and the lift on the delivery truck was broken. My husbamd had a hand truck and had to help with the whole delivery. It was an unbelievably horrible experience.

GBWRONG WRONG! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (if that's what its called). I believe most of these reviews are FAKE! Try and call them BEFORE you buy, they are NON EXISTANT! No one will answer by phone or email. Save yourself the frustration call them FIRST that go somewhere else becuase you will NOT reach a single person for help. We had our AC company FINALLY get ahold of someone after hours and days of calling for a warranty issue, never got re-imbursement as they were supposed to and promised on the phone. BUMMER I had to write this to warn others and I placed a complaint about bad business practices with the BBB. Don't get ripped off with non-existent customer service when needed!
