"Extremely Pleased" We purchased a Boreal 18,000 BTU unit from ComfortUp to cool our 500 sqft. bonus room in the attic. So far we are extremely happy! I ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered to my house the following Friday. Our HVAC contractor said it was one of the easiest systems he has ever installed. The unit works great!!! I would purchase another system from ComfortUp if we ever have another need.

Takes weeks to get equipment Takes weeks to get equipment after you’ve paid. Shipping company is arrogant and disrespectful if you can’t make their suggested time then they reschedule you for a week later at their convenience. We purchased four AC units within 4 weeks three units had already failed. They have great marketing and a slick website though. They can take money fast!

I bought a Gree Split Air from this… I bought a Gree Split Air from this company. Had it installed by a certified A/C technician. This unit is still under warranty. I tried to contact this company by phone and by e-mail numerous times, no one will call me back. My air has been out over two weeks now. Be careful when buying from this company. They are happy to sell you the unit but will not be there when there is a warranty problem. Update:7/6/18 I finally received a call from Comfort up and they have assured me that they have contacted Gree and in turn Gree has contacted the technician that installed the air conditioner and the part needed will be shipped to him for installation.

customer support inexperienced customer support inexperienced. Your return policy needs to re evaluated. Customer service states no return or refunds if product is install . My question to customer, it you do not install how do you know if product has a defect? I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. I received item, had it install by a professional, ductless mini air condition worked for about 10 minutes total within two weeks of item being in my possession.

Great company to do business with! ComfortUp was awesome to deal with. I saved over $700 on 2 Gree Mini Splits compared to my local supplier. Getting a quote was fast and easy. The only problem I had was with Southeastern Freight in Asheville. I had to initiate contact, it took several days for delivery after my units arrived in Asheville, and the 5-hour delivery window was not adhered to.
