Great company to do business with! ComfortUp was awesome to deal with. I saved over $700 on 2 Gree Mini Splits compared to my local supplier. Getting a quote was fast and easy. The only problem I had was with Southeastern Freight in Asheville. I had to initiate contact, it took several days for delivery after my units arrived in Asheville, and the 5-hour delivery window was not adhered to.

Shipping company is arrogant and disrespectful if you can’t make their suggested time then they reschedule you for a week later at their convenience. We purchased four AC units within 4 weeks three units had already failed. They have great marketing and a slick website though. They can take money fast!

I bought a Gree Split Air from this… I bought a Gree Split Air from this company. Had it installed by a certified A/C technician. This unit is still under warranty. I tried to contact this company by phone and by e-mail numerous times, no one will call me back. My air has been out over two weeks now. Be careful when buying from this company. They are happy to sell you the unit but will not be there when there is a warranty problem. Update:7/6/18 I finally received a call from Comfort up and they have assured me that they have contacted Gree and in turn Gree has contacted the technician that installed the air conditioner and the part needed will be shipped to him for installation.

Great White North I'm on the West Coast of Canada. Yes, we like to keep cool here during the summer too! I worked with Carey over the phone to select and place an order for a Gree multi split system on May 23. Today is May 26 and I am writing this review having just picked up my system from a 'ship to the border' warehouse in Blaine, WA. I am blown away by the efficiency of service from ComfortUp! The order drop-shipped out of Fresno on the same day and is now sitting in my garage ready for installation. Excellent job ComfortUp!

took me 3 weeks to took me 3 weeks to, with system down, to recieve 25.00 part. No return phone call until I contacted Gree, they in turn contacted you to call me back. Many messages left by me and my certified, lic repairman. ComfortUp needs a consumer line to call and order parts.
