GBVery Poor I place an order for decking material on 5 Nov with delivery promised within 5 working days. I was assured that I would be notified of the delivery day. No notification of delivery was received so on the 6th day I called the company to be informed delivery was scheduled for the following day - when I was unavailable. We rescheduled the delivery for the following week. However, I then received notification by email that the company was cancelling the order and that I would receive a full refund. I have yet to receive the refund of £4200.

GBDIY is a Ghost Like other reviewers, I ordered parts, they were never received, and they do not respond to phone or email. (It appears the phone is disconnected.) Don't waste your time ordering from DIY!

GBPart was exactly as ordered Part was exactly as ordered. Although website did not display a picture of it; I was trusting the part number since I knew what I needed. Only real issue was no email order confirmation. Did get an email once I inquired about my order thru the website and all was good.

GBI ordered theGerber faucet replacement … I ordered theGerber faucet replacement kit and was disappointed with the contents of kit. I f I had not retained the old parts the kit would have been useless. I had to use several of the old parts ina order to make the kit work. I thought in purchasing the kit I would get ALL necessary parts but that was not the case.

GBI have not yet receieved my refund I have not yet receieved my refund. Tracy hasnt replied to my last email from 5 days ago. It has been well over 9 days since your warehouse has recieved the product back. Very disapointed.
