GBSent a used part and then tried to… Sent a used part and then tried to convince me that it came from the maker like that due to "testing". Contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed they do test their valves but they don't send them out in that condition.

GBPart was exactly as ordered Part was exactly as ordered. Although website did not display a picture of it; I was trusting the part number since I knew what I needed. Only real issue was no email order confirmation. Did get an email once I inquired about my order thru the website and all was good.

GBI have not yet receieved my refund I have not yet receieved my refund. Tracy hasnt replied to my last email from 5 days ago. It has been well over 9 days since your warehouse has recieved the product back. Very disapointed.

GBNot the best customer communications however quick shipment Not the best customer communications. You are not put on hold when you call, instead they ask that you leave a voicemail or email them. No updates after buying product days ago. No response to email inquiry after three days. However, I got my order in one week!

GBGood price. Poor communication Price was good. Supposedly item was in stock but had to contact them 2 days after I ordered and it hadn't shipped yet. They apologized and would send it out and give me tracking info. Two days later had to contact again. It was shipped but failed to send me shipping info
