I ordered theGerber faucet replacement … I ordered theGerber faucet replacement kit and was disappointed with the contents of kit. I f I had not retained the old parts the kit would have been useless. I had to use several of the old parts ina order to make the kit work. I thought in purchasing the kit I would get ALL necessary parts but that was not the case.

Part was exactly as ordered Part was exactly as ordered. Although website did not display a picture of it; I was trusting the part number since I knew what I needed. Only real issue was no email order confirmation. Did get an email once I inquired about my order thru the website and all was good.

I have not yet receieved my refund I have not yet receieved my refund. Tracy hasnt replied to my last email from 5 days ago. It has been well over 9 days since your warehouse has recieved the product back. Very disapointed.

Good price. Poor communication Price was good. Supposedly item was in stock but had to contact them 2 days after I ordered and it hadn't shipped yet. They apologized and would send it out and give me tracking info. Two days later had to contact again. It was shipped but failed to send me shipping info

Common product - lousy shipping I bought this on line and from this company because I needed to repair my sprinkler system quickly. The company offered 2 day shipping for an $8 adder. The order was placed on a Thursday. The package was not received until 7 days later. I did not call to argue the point as it was only 8 dollars but will not be purchasing from here again. The part did arrive undamaged and well packed, hence the 2 stars.
