GBGood price. Poor communication Price was good. Supposedly item was in stock but had to contact them 2 days after I ordered and it hadn't shipped yet. They apologized and would send it out and give me tracking info. Two days later had to contact again. It was shipped but failed to send me shipping info

GBI have not yet receieved my refund I have not yet receieved my refund. Tracy hasnt replied to my last email from 5 days ago. It has been well over 9 days since your warehouse has recieved the product back. Very disapointed.

GBRoom for improvement I'm not sure I would have ever gotten my order had I not called after a week to check on it. Customer service did return my call and they said I would be getting a confirmation email when the item shipped but that never happened either. I would say there's room for improvement.

GBStill waiting on shipment for the part that is in stock I ordered a part that was in stock, 4 days ago, it still hasn’t shipped. The email confirmation said they know we need parts immediately so they would ship ASAP. I ended up buying the part i need from a local supplier. I won’t use them again and i do not recommend them.
