The company never responds to phone calls or emails no matter how many messages you leave or send. They claim to have items in stock but do not. I left a review truthfully detailing my experience and of course it was never posted, doubt this one will be either, but in case it is: Don't waster your time or money with this company.

Common product - lousy shipping I bought this on line and from this company because I needed to repair my sprinkler system quickly. The company offered 2 day shipping for an $8 adder. The order was placed on a Thursday. The package was not received until 7 days later. I did not call to argue the point as it was only 8 dollars but will not be purchasing from here again. The part did arrive undamaged and well packed, hence the 2 stars.

Good price. Poor communication Price was good. Supposedly item was in stock but had to contact them 2 days after I ordered and it hadn't shipped yet. They apologized and would send it out and give me tracking info. Two days later had to contact again. It was shipped but failed to send me shipping info

Had what we needed and got it to us fast I needed a boiler part quickly that was hard to find. DIY Direct Supply had the part for a good price and offered two day shipping at a reasonable price as well (not $100 like some other websites). When I contacted DIY Direct Supply to ask about date of arrival and indicate I needed it fast, they made sure it got to us the day we needed it, and the person I spoke with was quick and courteous. Happy to recommend to others.
