DIY is a Ghost Like other reviewers, I ordered parts, they were never received, and they do not respond to phone or email. (It appears the phone is disconnected.) Don't waste your time ordering from DIY!

Sent a used part and then tried to… Sent a used part and then tried to convince me that it came from the maker like that due to "testing". Contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed they do test their valves but they don't send them out in that condition.

I ordered a part online I ordered a part online, selected overnight shipping and paid the price it quoted me. 20 minutes later I get a call from the company, asking when I needed it. I told the next day, hence the overnight shipping, and he said okay, it should make it. 15 minutes later I get an email saying overnight shipping was actually going to cost me about 25 dollars more to ship over night, or they could provide 2 day shipping for a little less than I paid and refund some of the cost. I chose the 2 day shipping, but am not happy that I paid for what I needed and they charged me accordingly, and then magically the price changed within 30 minutes. Accurately quote your customers the first time. I ended up find alternative solution since the part didn't come next and now have a part I do not need.

Very Poor I place an order for decking material on 5 Nov with delivery promised within 5 working days. I was assured that I would be notified of the delivery day. No notification of delivery was received so on the 6th day I called the company to be informed delivery was scheduled for the following day - when I was unavailable. We rescheduled the delivery for the following week. However, I then received notification by email that the company was cancelling the order and that I would receive a full refund. I have yet to receive the refund of £4200.
