Well made and great service Well made, high quality product. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the construction of the pergola and the excellent service that I received. The order was shipped and delivered exactly as described, in a timely manner and with no issues. I was able to track the driver and was called about 1 hour before delivery. More user friendly, instructions need to be more exact. Excellent product but need to be more customer friendly. By this I mean don’t just put a video on YouTube, put detailed instructions in the units. Which screws go were. You could take a page from IKEA’s playbook. You need to have detailed instructions throughout the process, including pictures and drawings.
