Great company, fantastic product and service We purchased the 12x16 pergula and it looks absolutely amazing! We feel very lucky to have found the Luxury Pergula. We appreciated the videos on YouTube and we thought this was the best way to see how to build this monster of a pergula. I cannot imagine putting it up with a written manual. This is the best decision we have made for our backyard - beautiful and made to last pergula. Also, they have the best customer service (shout out to Chase, who answered all of our questions and was there for us not only to help us choose the right size but also to help during the instalation and even after).
