Best Decision Ever!!!!! All aspects of our experience with Luxury Pergola has been exceptionally positive. The majority of our experience has been with Brendan, one of the co-founders of the company. Brendan was very patient and detail oriented as he guided us through the purchase and installation process. It has been two months since installation and we love our pergola even more each day. More user friendly, instructions need to be more exact. Excellent product but need to be more customer friendly. By this I mean don’t just put a video on YouTube, put detailed instructions in the units. Which screws go were. You could take a page from IKEA’s playbook. You need to have detailed instructions throughout the process, including pictures and drawings.
