And on the weekend, a call was promptly answered with the information I needed for problem resolution ( ie loose wire in the low voltage box). And even though the delivery came a little late into the evening, the driver made sure the delivery was made the day promised and helped me load everything into my garage. And he and his wife/navigator took the time to enjoy a cool one with us before they left!

Highly Recommend I doubt any other company in this industry will ever beat the luxury pergola’s customer service or product value. I had another company come out and they quoted us 3x the price of what we ended up paying. I had a local contractor install ours on our back patio and I’ve gotten to enjoy it with the family for a few weeks now. We also received a lot of complements from our neighbors as well!

Worth The Money I was really impressed with the luxury pergola. We got the 12 x 16 build, and it looks impressive. It took us 3-4 days to finish, and the hardest part was getting the beams up, as it requires 3 people at least to set up. I really like how simple it was to install, and the video really tells you everything you need to know to set up efficiently. Patrick was our sales rep, and he was really helpful in answering any questions we had when we called. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend, and although the price is high, I would say it’s more than worth if you’re looking for a quality product that will last for a long time.

Best Decision Ever!!!!! All aspects of our experience with Luxury Pergola has been exceptionally positive. The majority of our experience has been with Brendan, one of the co-founders of the company. Brendan was very patient and detail oriented as he guided us through the purchase and installation process. It has been two months since installation and we love our pergola even more each day. Very happy with our Luxury Pergola The pergola is well made and has better wind and snow ratings than any other product we could find on the market... and at a reasonable price. Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. A family owned company that is working to make the purchase and assembly of a quality pergola easy and affordable.
