More user friendly, instructions need to be more exact. Excellent product but need to be more customer friendly. By this I mean don’t just put a video on YouTube, put detailed instructions in the units. Which screws go were. You could take a page from IKEA’s playbook. You need to have detailed instructions throughout the process, including pictures and drawings.

Quality / Customer Service Customer Service has been top notch. Chase and Brandon are always quick to respond to my many questions. I just received my delivery, loved the tracker app, was able to go about my day and plan when I needed to be home. The TQL truck driver was courteous and helped me off load the boxes. I continue to be impressed with Luxary Pergola. I have not seen such detail/care in packaging materials in a long time. And I am blown away at the weight and heavy duty structure of the base piece that I took out of one box. Now it makes sense regarding the recommendation to use 20 inch diameter sonotube for the footers. Looking forward to getting this put together.

Very happy with our Luxury Pergola The pergola is well made and has better wind and snow ratings than any other product we could find on the market... and at a reasonable price. Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. A family owned company that is working to make the purchase and assembly of a quality pergola easy and affordable.

He was there for any question we had before, during and after installation. The pergola not only looks incredible but you can tell it is very high quality and should last a very long time. Installation was definitely a project but the videos they have are very detailed and informational. These guys obviously have great passion for what they do and stand behind their product. Great company, fantastic product and service We purchased the 12x16 pergula and it looks absolutely amazing! We feel very lucky to have found the Luxury Pergula. We appreciated the videos on YouTube and we thought this was the best way to see how to build this monster of a pergula. I cannot imagine putting it up with a written manual. This is the best decision we have made for our backyard - beautiful and made to last pergula. Also, they have the best customer service (shout out to Chase, who answered all of our questions and was there for us not only to help us choose the right size but also to help during the instalation and even after). Standing underneath our pergula as I am writing this review, I feel a sense of pride to say that we were able to put together something so sturdy and beautiful.
