He was there for any question we had before, during and after installation. The pergola not only looks incredible but you can tell it is very high quality and should last a very long time. Installation was definitely a project but the videos they have are very detailed and informational. These guys obviously have great passion for what they do and stand behind their product. Thank you again to Chase and the team! We are very happy with our new pergola!

Quality / Customer Service Customer Service has been top notch. Chase and Brandon are always quick to respond to my many questions. I just received my delivery, loved the tracker app, was able to go about my day and plan when I needed to be home. The TQL truck driver was courteous and helped me off load the boxes. I continue to be impressed with Luxary Pergola. I have not seen such detail/care in packaging materials in a long time. And I am blown away at the weight and heavy duty structure of the base piece that I took out of one box. Now it makes sense regarding the recommendation to use 20 inch diameter sonotube for the footers. Looking forward to getting this put together.

Highly Recommend I doubt any other company in this industry will ever beat the luxury pergola’s customer service or product value. I had another company come out and they quoted us 3x the price of what we ended up paying. I had a local contractor install ours on our back patio and I’ve gotten to enjoy it with the family for a few weeks now. We also received a lot of complements from our neighbors as well!

Well made and great service Well made, high quality product. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the construction of the pergola and the excellent service that I received. The order was shipped and delivered exactly as described, in a timely manner and with no issues. I was able to track the driver and was called about 1 hour before delivery. Don't pay 2x more for labor if you don't have to!!!! Recently purchased a property with a pretty barren backyard that needed some loving. Going the traditional route of hiring a local builders, having a designer come out, mock everything up digitally, paying for laborers etc, we were getting quotes exceeding 20k. Instead, going with the kit from luxurypergola and spending an weekend putting it up with the help of some buddies, we saved thousands but still got that expensive look. Recommend for anyone who's handy and looking to save on ridiculous labor costs these days.
