GBSupreme Quality I ordered a material sample, the ordering process was short and simple. The product arrived as scheduled. The quality and strength of the material is the best I've seen for over 30 years and I have seen and used Pergolas throughout the years. Whatever size you get. I'm sure it will outlast your lifetime and your children's. I recommend this product to anyone who wants the most superior product on the market.

GBWorth The Money I was really impressed with the luxury pergola. We got the 12 x 16 build, and it looks impressive. It took us 3-4 days to finish, and the hardest part was getting the beams up, as it requires 3 people at least to set up. I really like how simple it was to install, and the video really tells you everything you need to know to set up efficiently. Patrick was our sales rep, and he was really helpful in answering any questions we had when we called. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend, and although the price is high, I would say it’s more than worth if you’re looking for a quality product that will last for a long time.

GBQuality / Customer Service Customer Service has been top notch. Chase and Brandon are always quick to respond to my many questions. I just received my delivery, loved the tracker app, was able to go about my day and plan when I needed to be home. The TQL truck driver was courteous and helped me off load the boxes. I continue to be impressed with Luxary Pergola. I have not seen such detail/care in packaging materials in a long time. And I am blown away at the weight and heavy duty structure of the base piece that I took out of one box. Now it makes sense regarding the recommendation to use 20 inch diameter sonotube for the footers. Looking forward to getting this put together.
