Communication and following up with… Communication and following up with their clients in timely manner. Whenever I had a questions, they responded quickly. We worked with chase, he was diligent and very good about answering questions about installation, warranty etc. he also came by to check after it was installed to make sure all went okay! I highly recommend luxury pergola. Their customer service, produce design and work ethics are great! We had a great experience working with them.

Very happy with our Luxury Pergola The pergola is well made and has better wind and snow ratings than any other product we could find on the market... and at a reasonable price. Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. A family owned company that is working to make the purchase and assembly of a quality pergola easy and affordable.

Well made and great service Well made, high quality product. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the construction of the pergola and the excellent service that I received. The order was shipped and delivered exactly as described, in a timely manner and with no issues. I was able to track the driver and was called about 1 hour before delivery.
