Very happy with our Luxury Pergola The pergola is well made and has better wind and snow ratings than any other product we could find on the market... and at a reasonable price. Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. Don't pay 2x more for labor if you don't have to!!!! Recently purchased a property with a pretty barren backyard that needed some loving. Going the traditional route of hiring a local builders, having a designer come out, mock everything up digitally, paying for laborers etc, we were getting quotes exceeding 20k.
