He was there for any question we had before, during and after installation. The pergola not only looks incredible but you can tell it is very high quality and should last a very long time. Installation was definitely a project but the videos they have are very detailed and informational. These guys obviously have great passion for what they do and stand behind their product. We worked with chase, he was diligent and very good about answering questions about installation, warranty etc. he also came by to check after it was installed to make sure all went okay!
