He was there for any question we had before, during and after installation. The pergola not only looks incredible but you can tell it is very high quality and should last a very long time. Installation was definitely a project but the videos they have are very detailed and informational. These guys obviously have great passion for what they do and stand behind their product. GBDon't pay 2x more for labor if you don't have to!!!! Recently purchased a property with a pretty barren backyard that needed some loving. Going the traditional route of hiring a local builders, having a designer come out, mock everything up digitally, paying for laborers etc, we were getting quotes exceeding 20k. Instead, going with the kit from luxurypergola and spending an weekend putting it up with the help of some buddies, we saved thousands but still got that expensive look. Recommend for anyone who's handy and looking to save on ridiculous labor costs these days.
