Quality / Customer Service Customer Service has been top notch. Chase and Brandon are always quick to respond to my many questions. I just received my delivery, loved the tracker app, was able to go about my day and plan when I needed to be home. The TQL truck driver was courteous and helped me off load the boxes. I continue to be impressed with Luxary Pergola. I have not seen such detail/care in packaging materials in a long time. And I am blown away at the weight and heavy duty structure of the base piece that I took out of one box. Now it makes sense regarding the recommendation to use 20 inch diameter sonotube for the footers. Looking forward to getting this put together.

Very happy with our Luxury Pergola The pergola is well made and has better wind and snow ratings than any other product we could find on the market... and at a reasonable price. Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. A family owned company that is working to make the purchase and assembly of a quality pergola easy and affordable.

We worked with chase, he was diligent and very good about answering questions about installation, warranty etc. he also came by to check after it was installed to make sure all went okay! Worth The Money I was really impressed with the luxury pergola. We got the 12 x 16 build, and it looks impressive. It took us 3-4 days to finish, and the hardest part was getting the beams up, as it requires 3 people at least to set up. I really like how simple it was to install, and the video really tells you everything you need to know to set up efficiently. Patrick was our sales rep, and he was really helpful in answering any questions we had when we called. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend, and although the price is high, I would say it’s more than worth if you’re looking for a quality product that will last for a long time.
