And on the weekend, a call was promptly answered with the information I needed for problem resolution ( ie loose wire in the low voltage box). And even though the delivery came a little late into the evening, the driver made sure the delivery was made the day promised and helped me load everything into my garage. And he and his wife/navigator took the time to enjoy a cool one with us before they left!

GBexceptional quality and above sensational customer service The exceptional build quality would be enough for me to give this product a 5/5 star review, however the above and beyond service I received in getting my questions answered merit an extra star. Thank you, Brendan, for making the buying process seamless. Don’t make the mistake of trying to buy a cheap imported imitator. This pergola is more than a shade structure for a house — it has become an extension of our home here in Texas.

GBQuality / Customer Service Customer Service has been top notch. Chase and Brandon are always quick to respond to my many questions. I just received my delivery, loved the tracker app, was able to go about my day and plan when I needed to be home. The TQL truck driver was courteous and helped me off load the boxes. I continue to be impressed with Luxary Pergola. I have not seen such detail/care in packaging materials in a long time. And I am blown away at the weight and heavy duty structure of the base piece that I took out of one box. Now it makes sense regarding the recommendation to use 20 inch diameter sonotube for the footers. Looking forward to getting this put together.

GBVery good I'm now 95% done and very… Very good I'm now 95% done and very impressed with the pergula. I'm old school and the you tube instructions do not impress me. Some paper instructions especially with the super setup would help alot.
