Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. The quality and strength of the material is the best I've seen for over 30 years and I have seen and used Pergolas throughout the years. Whatever size you get. We worked with chase, he was diligent and very good about answering questions about installation, warranty etc. he also came by to check after it was installed to make sure all went okay!
