Quality / Customer Service Customer Service has been top notch. Chase and Brandon are always quick to respond to my many questions. I just received my delivery, loved the tracker app, was able to go about my day and plan when I needed to be home. The TQL truck driver was courteous and helped me off load the boxes. I continue to be impressed with Luxary Pergola. I have not seen such detail/care in packaging materials in a long time. And I am blown away at the weight and heavy duty structure of the base piece that I took out of one box. Now it makes sense regarding the recommendation to use 20 inch diameter sonotube for the footers. Looking forward to getting this put together.

DeLuna Pergola Simply put, quality product made to last.coupled with great customer service. Chase was readily available for questions. And on the weekend, a call was promptly answered with the information I needed for problem resolution ( ie loose wire in the low voltage box). And even though the delivery came a little late into the evening, the driver made sure the delivery was made the day promised and helped me load everything into my garage. And he and his wife/navigator took the time to enjoy a cool one with us before they left!

He was there for any question we had before, during and after installation. The pergola not only looks incredible but you can tell it is very high quality and should last a very long time. Installation was definitely a project but the videos they have are very detailed and informational. These guys obviously have great passion for what they do and stand behind their product. Worth The Money I was really impressed with the luxury pergola. We got the 12 x 16 build, and it looks impressive. It took us 3-4 days to finish, and the hardest part was getting the beams up, as it requires 3 people at least to set up. I really like how simple it was to install, and the video really tells you everything you need to know to set up efficiently. Patrick was our sales rep, and he was really helpful in answering any questions we had when we called. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend, and although the price is high, I would say it’s more than worth if you’re looking for a quality product that will last for a long time.
