Best Decision Ever!!!!! All aspects of our experience with Luxury Pergola has been exceptionally positive. The majority of our experience has been with Brendan, one of the co-founders of the company. Brendan was very patient and detail oriented as he guided us through the purchase and installation process. It has been two months since installation and we love our pergola even more each day. Highly Recommend I doubt any other company in this industry will ever beat the luxury pergola’s customer service or product value. I had another company come out and they quoted us 3x the price of what we ended up paying. I had a local contractor install ours on our back patio and I’ve gotten to enjoy it with the family for a few weeks now. We also received a lot of complements from our neighbors as well!

Very good I'm now 95% done and very… Very good I'm now 95% done and very impressed with the pergula. I'm old school and the you tube instructions do not impress me. Some paper instructions especially with the super setup would help alot.

Well made and great service Well made, high quality product. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the construction of the pergola and the excellent service that I received. The order was shipped and delivered exactly as described, in a timely manner and with no issues. I was able to track the driver and was called about 1 hour before delivery.
