Great company, fantastic product and service We purchased the 12x16 pergula and it looks absolutely amazing! We feel very lucky to have found the Luxury Pergula. We appreciated the videos on YouTube and we thought this was the best way to see how to build this monster of a pergula. I cannot imagine putting it up with a written manual. This is the best decision we have made for our backyard - beautiful and made to last pergula. Also, they have the best customer service (shout out to Chase, who answered all of our questions and was there for us not only to help us choose the right size but also to help during the instalation and even after). Standing underneath our pergula as I am writing this review, I feel a sense of pride to say that we were able to put together something so sturdy and beautiful.

Best Decision Ever!!!!! All aspects of our experience with Luxury Pergola has been exceptionally positive. The majority of our experience has been with Brendan, one of the co-founders of the company. Brendan was very patient and detail oriented as he guided us through the purchase and installation process. It has been two months since installation and we love our pergola even more each day. And on the weekend, a call was promptly answered with the information I needed for problem resolution ( ie loose wire in the low voltage box). And even though the delivery came a little late into the evening, the driver made sure the delivery was made the day promised and helped me load everything into my garage. And he and his wife/navigator took the time to enjoy a cool one with us before they left!

Don't pay 2x more for labor if you don't have to!!!! Recently purchased a property with a pretty barren backyard that needed some loving. Going the traditional route of hiring a local builders, having a designer come out, mock everything up digitally, paying for laborers etc, we were getting quotes exceeding 20k. Instead, going with the kit from luxurypergola and spending an weekend putting it up with the help of some buddies, we saved thousands but still got that expensive look. Recommend for anyone who's handy and looking to save on ridiculous labor costs these days.
