GBMore user friendly, instructions need to be more exact. Excellent product but need to be more customer friendly. By this I mean don’t just put a video on YouTube, put detailed instructions in the units. Which screws go were. You could take a page from IKEA’s playbook. You need to have detailed instructions throughout the process, including pictures and drawings.

The order was shipped and delivered exactly as described, in a timely manner and with no issues. I was able to track the driver and was called about 1 hour before delivery. GBVery happy with our Luxury Pergola The pergola is well made and has better wind and snow ratings than any other product we could find on the market... and at a reasonable price. Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. A family owned company that is working to make the purchase and assembly of a quality pergola easy and affordable.

GBHighly Recommend I doubt any other company in this industry will ever beat the luxury pergola’s customer service or product value. I had another company come out and they quoted us 3x the price of what we ended up paying. I had a local contractor install ours on our back patio and I’ve gotten to enjoy it with the family for a few weeks now. We also received a lot of complements from our neighbors as well!
