Quality / Customer Service Customer Service has been top notch. Chase and Brandon are always quick to respond to my many questions. I just received my delivery, loved the tracker app, was able to go about my day and plan when I needed to be home. The TQL truck driver was courteous and helped me off load the boxes. I continue to be impressed with Luxary Pergola. I have not seen such detail/care in packaging materials in a long time. And I am blown away at the weight and heavy duty structure of the base piece that I took out of one box. Now it makes sense regarding the recommendation to use 20 inch diameter sonotube for the footers. Looking forward to getting this put together.

Great company, fantastic product and service We purchased the 12x16 pergula and it looks absolutely amazing! We feel very lucky to have found the Luxury Pergula. We appreciated the videos on YouTube and we thought this was the best way to see how to build this monster of a pergula. I cannot imagine putting it up with a written manual. This is the best decision we have made for our backyard - beautiful and made to last pergula. Also, they have the best customer service (shout out to Chase, who answered all of our questions and was there for us not only to help us choose the right size but also to help during the instalation and even after). Standing underneath our pergula as I am writing this review, I feel a sense of pride to say that we were able to put together something so sturdy and beautiful.

We purchased the 10'x20' Pergola and… We purchased the 10'x20' Pergola and installed it a week ago. It was immediately put to the test with two consecutive days of very strong winds - strong enough that many people were still without power after the winds subsided. My entire house sounded like it might blow over. I frequently checked the pergola, which had the louvers closed, and it didn't budge during the strongest of gusts. I installed this pergola myself, with the help of a couple people. We were able to get the frame up and mounted in about 3 hours, and my wife and I installed the louvers in about another 3 hours after our help had left. I spent a little extra time custom cutting my posts and re-drilling the pilot holes to accommodate my patio's 3 inch grade over 20 ft. I installed directly on pavers with concrete footers beneath so I had to buy 6 inch concrete anchors instead of using the supplied 3 inch anchors. The customer service at Luxury Pergola is just as awesome as their product. Patrick was very helpful in answering my many technical questions or getting me in touch with someone who could answer my questions. He would even email/text me outside of their work hours. One thing I wished, prior to installing myself, was that they had a written manual to quickly reference screw sizes, parts, steps, etc. Perhaps there is one that I didn't find or ask for. I also wished they would have performed some installations on less than ideal surfaces - sloped surfaces, over pavers, possibly show how to custom cut, etc. However, it turned out perfect so I didn't really need it! Overall, awesome company and awesome product. We can't wait to get the sun shade screens when we can recover financially from all the work we have done on our house recently!

Communication and following up with… Communication and following up with their clients in timely manner. Whenever I had a questions, they responded quickly. We worked with chase, he was diligent and very good about answering questions about installation, warranty etc. he also came by to check after it was installed to make sure all went okay! I highly recommend luxury pergola. Their customer service, produce design and work ethics are great! We had a great experience working with them.

Worth The Money I was really impressed with the luxury pergola. We got the 12 x 16 build, and it looks impressive. It took us 3-4 days to finish, and the hardest part was getting the beams up, as it requires 3 people at least to set up. I really like how simple it was to install, and the video really tells you everything you need to know to set up efficiently. Patrick was our sales rep, and he was really helpful in answering any questions we had when we called. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend, and although the price is high, I would say it’s more than worth if you’re looking for a quality product that will last for a long time.
