The quality and strength of the material is the best I've seen for over 30 years and I have seen and used Pergolas throughout the years. Whatever size you get. We worked with chase, he was diligent and very good about answering questions about installation, warranty etc. he also came by to check after it was installed to make sure all went okay! GBDeLuna Pergola Simply put, quality product made to last.coupled with great customer service. Chase was readily available for questions. And on the weekend, a call was promptly answered with the information I needed for problem resolution ( ie loose wire in the low voltage box). And even though the delivery came a little late into the evening, the driver made sure the delivery was made the day promised and helped me load everything into my garage. And he and his wife/navigator took the time to enjoy a cool one with us before they left!
