Communication and following up with… Communication and following up with their clients in timely manner. Whenever I had a questions, they responded quickly. We worked with chase, he was diligent and very good about answering questions about installation, warranty etc. he also came by to check after it was installed to make sure all went okay! I highly recommend luxury pergola. Their customer service, produce design and work ethics are great! We had a great experience working with them.

Very happy with our Luxury Pergola The pergola is well made and has better wind and snow ratings than any other product we could find on the market... and at a reasonable price. Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. Quality / Customer Service Customer Service has been top notch. Chase and Brandon are always quick to respond to my many questions. I just received my delivery, loved the tracker app, was able to go about my day and plan when I needed to be home. The TQL truck driver was courteous and helped me off load the boxes. I continue to be impressed with Luxary Pergola. I have not seen such detail/care in packaging materials in a long time. And I am blown away at the weight and heavy duty structure of the base piece that I took out of one box. Now it makes sense regarding the recommendation to use 20 inch diameter sonotube for the footers. Looking forward to getting this put together.
