Highly Recommend I doubt any other company in this industry will ever beat the luxury pergola’s customer service or product value. I had another company come out and they quoted us 3x the price of what we ended up paying. I had a local contractor install ours on our back patio and I’ve gotten to enjoy it with the family for a few weeks now. We also received a lot of complements from our neighbors as well!

exceptional quality and above sensational customer service The exceptional build quality would be enough for me to give this product a 5/5 star review, however the above and beyond service I received in getting my questions answered merit an extra star. Thank you, Brendan, for making the buying process seamless. Don’t make the mistake of trying to buy a cheap imported imitator. This pergola is more than a shade structure for a house — it has become an extension of our home here in Texas.

Absolutely amazing product and customer service! Absolutely amazing product and customer service! Chase gave us easily the best customer service we have received from a company ever. He was there for any question we had before, during and after installation. The pergola not only looks incredible but you can tell it is very high quality and should last a very long time. Installation was definitely a project but the videos they have are very detailed and informational. These guys obviously have great passion for what they do and stand behind their product. Thank you again to Chase and the team! We are very happy with our new pergola!
