He was there for any question we had before, during and after installation. The pergola not only looks incredible but you can tell it is very high quality and should last a very long time. Installation was definitely a project but the videos they have are very detailed and informational. These guys obviously have great passion for what they do and stand behind their product. GBVery happy with our Luxury Pergola The pergola is well made and has better wind and snow ratings than any other product we could find on the market... and at a reasonable price. Assembly took some time but was straightforward. Customer communications were excellent, and their follow-up has been good as well. A family owned company that is working to make the purchase and assembly of a quality pergola easy and affordable.

GBWorth The Money I was really impressed with the luxury pergola. We got the 12 x 16 build, and it looks impressive. It took us 3-4 days to finish, and the hardest part was getting the beams up, as it requires 3 people at least to set up. I really like how simple it was to install, and the video really tells you everything you need to know to set up efficiently. Patrick was our sales rep, and he was really helpful in answering any questions we had when we called. Overall, I would recommend this product to a friend, and although the price is high, I would say it’s more than worth if you’re looking for a quality product that will last for a long time.
