Great Company, Great Delivery, Product Worked!! Product came quickly.....and product worked when installed. I had just went through 3 months of a non-functional $4000 product from another company. Consumers need to realize that sometimes they are dealing with 2 parties if there is an issue on an expensive product....the company they purchased from...and the manufacturer. Sometimes one points the finger at the other....and the consumer suffers.

Good experience It was a good experience overall. The final check out was a bit waunky. It kept bringing me through the same loop that stopped before providing my credit card information. After several tries, the type the numbers prompt finally came up.. Other than that, I would give it a five star rating.

Easy to search website for parts Easy to search website for parts. Part was delivered quickly during a supply chain bottleneck when other suppliers were gouging prices 20-50%. These are now my sole go-to guys and girls. 👍

Warranty doesn't exist Based on the warranty, the items should've been free. Hail damaged top rails and post caps. False advertising. Just say there isn't a warranty on the Laguna Calimar pool. Manufacturer said call the distributor and distributor said not our problem.

Yes we received our order of the two… Yes we received our order of the two lamps needed for our pool finally. Due to the lack of availability of this product we had waited almost 3 yrs, so were excited to finally get this product. These were UV lamps and our system was without that protection for quite a while. But we finally received them in May or June (can’t remember) and installed them. All is good now. This was no ones fault other than supply chain.
