GBI was not told the item was on backorder The delivery went smoothly. My only complaint is a big one -- I was led to believe when ordering and in the order confirmation that the pool chiller would ship right away. I was not told there was a six-week delay (in other words, backorder) until I had made the purchase and called to find out why nothing seemed to be happening. So, I received a pool chiller when summer was over. Had the real situation been portrayed correctly, I would not have placed the order at all and waited until the Spring.

The filter was delivered by a friendly small local delivery co. Their truck had a gate that lowered the pallet to the ground. Nice touch. The filter was well strapped to a pallet. Good experience

GBAs I see from most of their negative… As I see from most of their negative reviews and BBB ratings they do not stand behind their products, instead blaming the manufacture who of course will do everything they can to deny warranty, They tried to blame our water and even that the people getting baptized were contaminating the water…even though none of that is true. Horrible company to deal with and am out $600 for defective equipment. No one at the company wants to help and states ‘their name is not on the product.’ Probably one of the most unethical companies I’ve ever dealt with. I would stay away from them 100%!
