The new board looks great! I was delighted when the diving board was delivered! It was packaged very well and was an impressive delivery. It has been installed and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. The color complements the pool area. I am so glad we found Pool Supply Unlimited!

I was not told the item was on backorder The delivery went smoothly. My only complaint is a big one -- I was led to believe when ordering and in the order confirmation that the pool chiller would ship right away. I was not told there was a six-week delay (in other words, backorder) until I had made the purchase and called to find out why nothing seemed to be happening. So, I received a pool chiller when summer was over. Had the real situation been portrayed correctly, I would not have placed the order at all and waited until the Spring.

Received a competitive price from your… Received a competitive price from your sales agent. Routing and reporting shipping steps was puzzling. The filter was delivered by a friendly small local delivery co. Their truck had a gate that lowered the pallet to the ground. Nice touch. The filter was well strapped to a pallet. Good experience

Warranty doesn't exist Based on the warranty, the items should've been free. Hail damaged top rails and post caps. False advertising. Just say there isn't a warranty on the Laguna Calimar pool. Manufacturer said call the distributor and distributor said not our problem.

Awful experience Awful experience. Waited 3 months for my parts, still no status or response from the company. They have a joke of a rating on their website saying they are 95% 4-5 star and can always reach a customer but it’s bogus. Terrible company, avoid.
