GBWild West Pools will now be my first stop for future pool needs. My Hayward skimmer basket uses an elastic-secured filter sock with reinforced side holes to accommodate a metal rod for locking and unlocking the basket in place, and lifting it out for cleaning. When I needed a new one, the pool supply places I checked out did not have one in stock. A web search brought me to Wild West Pool Supplies. A couple of clicks and my filter socks (I bought an extra one) were on the way. They kept me apprised of my order all the way through delivery. Fast and easy.

GBAll went smooth All went smooth. Although first item said it was in stock and it was back ordered after that snafu all went smooth. They communicated the issue fast and responded quickly. They found another part that was the same and we changed my order. All and all impressed and would purchase again.

GBReceived the part but it was...... Ordered a part but was later told that the part advertised had been discontinued. I was offered an alternative replacement that appears similar to what I needed. It was suggested that I consult a local professional tech before deciding to make sure that the part would work for me. Thankfully the part worked.

GBSensor gives incorrect temperatures The part isn’t a direct replacement. The sensor reads incorrect temperatures. Because it reads lower temperatures than actual, at least I can use the heater. But it’s an on or off situation since the thermostat doesn’t work due to the sensor giving incorrect readings. But the part came on time and the communication was excellent. Brian

GBReal company that is dependable. I felt the company was legitimate based on its realistic prices. I was a little nervous by the emails after indicating they were checking to see if the items were in stock, because I hate people who list things for sale that aren't in stock. Turns out it was all for nought as parts were received quickly!
