Poor Customer Service Purchased a new pool pump motor. The pump failed in less than two weeks. Can only contact Inyo Pools threw a chat. Received conflicting instructions on how the return of the bad motor. Had to pay for the return shipping. The person at Inyo Pools responding to our emails gives short incomplete responses. Waiting for refund more than 25 days. Will never do business with Inyo Pools again!!!

My pool pump motor failed and I called… My pool pump motor failed and I called to ensure that I purchased the correct replacement 220v motor. I verified the serial and model numbers with a Inyo Pools representative and the representative checked availability. The replacement was shipped that day and arrived promptly. Included in the delivery were cam seal replacement and other seals, this was not discussed nor was there an additional charge. In addition, I was sent a link fully explaining the steps to complete the motor swap. Such superior customer service.

Threads different on Replacement pump Replacement pump arrived promptly and in good condition. Upon trying to connect inlet & outlet fittings it became apparent the threads were different. Trip to Pool supply store & local hardware store was required to purchase proper fittings and thread compound. Spent extra 2 hours replacing pump.

So far, so good! Pump was delivered quickly, installation was not difficult, and my old Pentair plumbing matched the new Pureline pump dimensions. Motor runs well and programming the variable speed was easy and it works fine. Three minor imperfections: (1) the threading on the motor did not fit the threading on the electrical conduit connector very well (plus the Pureline motor requires a straight connector which is a bit awkward), (2) there is already a chip in the clear plastic filter cover which is hopefully not a sign of a future problem, and (3) despite the fact that this is an Energy Star rated pump, there is no Energy Star sticker on the pump (which is required for me to get a rebate from my local power company). For the great price of the pump, these are minor problems and the real test will be how durable the pump and motor are in the long run. So far, so good!
