GBOne part I received was not able to fit… One part I received was not able to fit pool pump. The EXPLODED diagram for my Hayward spx2700 series pump shows the correct part but you listed the wrong filter different from view so I got a part that I will be returning with RMA so iam out the shipping and lost pool time. The motor I got is fine and works as expected.

GBDO NOT Pay for Expedited Shipping I purchased a pump housing with a request for 2 day shipping. The cost for the expedited shipping was $50. The item was purchased on a Thursday after 1pm, and I didn’t receive the item until Tuesday in the afternoon. Of course, no refund since InyoPools policy a 2 day shipping is 2 business days after the shipping is made. This one of the bigger reason why Amazon is amazing at shipping.

GBMy pool pump motor failed and I called… My pool pump motor failed and I called to ensure that I purchased the correct replacement 220v motor. I verified the serial and model numbers with a Inyo Pools representative and the representative checked availability. The replacement was shipped that day and arrived promptly. Included in the delivery were cam seal replacement and other seals, this was not discussed nor was there an additional charge. In addition, I was sent a link fully explaining the steps to complete the motor swap. Such superior customer service.

GBThe best website and price out there The best website out there to find the correct part and for making sense out of all the manufacturer serial numbers versus distributer numbers. The best price, references, directions and support too. I read the reviews and many of the issues sound like customer errors. I had to replace a very old pump and had a hard time matching parts. I found the chat bot helpful and correct in thier recommendations. During business hours I chatted with a service rep who could answer more detailed questions regarding other options and confirmed that the pump, seals and gaskets recommended by the bot were correct for my situation. I could not get this level of support from any of the other web sites I used, including my local pool company Leslie's. Thank you inyo.
