GBCompletely ignored the scheduled date Scheduled a yard cleanup and lawn mow for the end of May. Instead they came almost two weeks earlier and proceeded to mow during No Mow May while also completely skipping the yard cleanup they were supposed to do first. After they checked the job they realized they came the wrong date but the yard was already partially done by the time I was able to stop them & all I received from the contractors was a half ass apology. For over $400 the service was atrocious & I had to fight for a refund.

GBJust used Plowz & Mowz last night at… Just used Plowz & Mowz last night at double the normal price I would contract for my driveway ($75 instead of $35 contract). The driveway was not backscraped, leaving 2 inches of now compacted snow, plus we were not asked to notbe cars around, so those areas have 4 inches or more left. P&M said the job was great and did not provide any resolution. Do not use them--no screening of subcontractors and then no customer service.

GBSubmitted request for shoveling my… Submitted request for shoveling my driveway on a Sunday morning. On Monday morning, the driveway was still untouched. Ended up shoveling a path for me to be able to get to work. Paid the full asking price for the service. I did not receive the needed service within a timely manner. Full disclosure from the company alerting me that there would be a significant delay (in my case at least 18 hours) would have avoided my negative view of Plowz & Mowz. Will never use Plowz & Mowz again, nor will I recommend the company to others.

ZAA friend recommended Plowz & Mowz to me… A friend recommended Plowz & Mowz to me after I complained I never had enough time to mow my lawn. Their work is excellent and I never had a complaint. I've also made use of some of their other services, I recently had them clean my gutters and had some branches of a tree trimmed. I'm very happy to recommend them to others.

GBLove the convenience of Plowz & Mowz Love the convenience of Plowz & Mowz. The price isn't bad, if you use it every other week. My biggest criticism is the consistency. Many weeks, I get messages from the company saying that they've had "communication" problems, or that it's gotten "too late" in the day, or that there are weather related delays. Very frustrating to pay as much as I do, and not know whether my lawn will actually get cut. The good news is that they fix any problems that come up with the mow, and that communication with the client is good.
