GBGreat First Time Experience My experience as a first time user was great. Even with the wonderful customer service assuring me that my job request was picked up, it was still nerve wracking waiting all day for a crew to show, but they did, and boy was it worth the wait. I was so lucky to get 3 exceptional gentlemen who did an amazing job under extreme conditions - i couldn't be happier and will use again. Thank you.

GBI had my doubts about trying Plowz &… I had my doubts about trying Plowz & Mowz, but I could not find anyone locally to cut the grass at the home we moved out of while it was being listed for sale. The app was easy to use, and response for my request was almost instantaneous. The app always asks how the job looks after it was done, which is provided by a picture from the person who completed it. One week I didn't receive a picture and I rated it 3 stars. I immediately received a phone call to see what kind of issue I had that warranted the rating. I had an uploaded picture of the completed job within 10 minutes. This company sincerely wants you to have a good experience and good service.

GBJobs often dropped/rescheduled My experience this year has not been great. I've had several jobs where the provider rescheduled multiple times, and then was dropped from the job and plowz and mowz couldn't get a new provider assigned. The worst case, it was over three weeks from the original job date until my lawn was finally mowed, the grass was over a foot tall. I'm not sure I will continue using plowz and mowz next year based on how this past year has gone.

GBLove the convenience of Plowz & Mowz Love the convenience of Plowz & Mowz. The price isn't bad, if you use it every other week. My biggest criticism is the consistency. Many weeks, I get messages from the company saying that they've had "communication" problems, or that it's gotten "too late" in the day, or that there are weather related delays. Very frustrating to pay as much as I do, and not know whether my lawn will actually get cut. The good news is that they fix any problems that come up with the mow, and that communication with the client is good.
