Just used Plowz & Mowz last night at… Just used Plowz & Mowz last night at double the normal price I would contract for my driveway ($75 instead of $35 contract). The driveway was not backscraped, leaving 2 inches of now compacted snow, plus we were not asked to notbe cars around, so those areas have 4 inches or more left. P&M said the job was great and did not provide any resolution. Do not use them--no screening of subcontractors and then no customer service.

I've also made use of some of their other services, I recently had them clean my gutters and had some branches of a tree trimmed. I'm very happy to recommend them to others.

I had my doubts about trying Plowz &… I had my doubts about trying Plowz & Mowz, but I could not find anyone locally to cut the grass at the home we moved out of while it was being listed for sale. The app was easy to use, and response for my request was almost instantaneous. The app always asks how the job looks after it was done, which is provided by a picture from the person who completed it. One week I didn't receive a picture and I rated it 3 stars. I immediately received a phone call to see what kind of issue I had that warranted the rating. I had an uploaded picture of the completed job within 10 minutes. This company sincerely wants you to have a good experience and good service.

Hired for spring cleaning and sent porch pirates instead. Beware!! We hired this company to do spring cleaning on our property in Spokane. They quoted almost $600 and took payment up front. The guy they sent rescheduled twice. Was supposed to start the job at 9am and didn't show until 12pm. He brought a partner. They worked 2 hours the first day and left saying they'd be back the following morning at 9am. We were packing for a trip out of state when they showed up at 11am. They worked 4 hrs. During that time we had UPS deliver packages. No more then 5 minutes later my security camera caught the partner walk up on my front porch scoping out packages not realizing we had a Ring camera and security system loudly announcing someone was on the front porch. This alerted my security company and our cell phones. They then texted saying they were finished for the day after 4 hrs and they would be back the following day at 9am to finish. They never came back. Instead I got a text from Plowz and Mowz stating the guy wanted more money to finish the job. They quoted $600 to finish the job so we refused to pay more and canceled the service. Since they have a service guarantee they refunded our money. However, Draco and his partner left pineneedles piled all over my flower beds and covering sprinker systems. If it wasn't for my very loud security system and Ring camera Draco's partner would have most certainly stolen our packages. We had several other companies quote us the same price and I've had to hire one of them. This was literally our first time every using Plowz and Mowz and we will never use them again. I highly recommend that you do your research on them and beware of Draco and his partner. I'm still shocked about his partner walking up on my front porch and very grateful I have a good security company installed. He would have stolen my grandson's medical supplies that my housesitter was on the way over to move inside. Do NOT trust this company. It's been a nightmare.
