Appalling customer service Appalling customer service, would give no stars if we could. Bought an awning and the stitching came away. Dorema doesn’t give a flying fig once they have your money. Dorema blaming us putting the awning up incorrectly. Got to pay for the awning to be sent back to them, even though we ordered via a shop. HOW MUCH WILL THAT COST!!!! Will never buy or recommend them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Purchased a Dorema air awning a few… Purchased a Dorema air awning a few months ago. Used 3 times and had issues with water coming into the awning. Rain was coming in through the ties on the curtain seams. The seam had also come away from from rail. We have contacted Dorema with the issues and they blamed us for not putting the awning up correctly. They denied liability and said the awning wasn’t pegged down even tho the pictures clearly show the awning pegged down. The awning is not fit for purpose. Shocking customer service. Stay clear.

We bought a new awning starcamp having… We bought a new awning starcamp having used it 3 times in the 4th outing the stitching came undone we’re the storm strap attached having several conversations with a Darren Butlin from Dorema they will not accept liability stating that the awning was not tensioned correctly the angle of the storm strap was wrong etc etc we have pitched awnings for 15 years this is the first time one has ripped although there words as a gesture of good will if we send it in at our cost they will repair it is just not good enough in our experience now I would steer clear of any Dorema Awning

Wow great awning Wow. People don't seem to like but my Dorema size 8 for my swift archway has been exemplary and withstood 120km++ winds, never let's rain in, has been so far perfect. I had to readjust the awning pegs as 1st time was v hastily put up, and I really like pegs and plastic ladder things that hold. So far ... 9 months in and half way thru Winter, it's been great awning. Just put down pallets, covered w ply and then marine carpet yesterday. Brilliant. I've got another room. Yay. PG.

We bought a Starcamp awning at the… We bought a Starcamp awning at the Caravan Show last October. Have been out 3 tmes to date and each time we have to repair the bladders for holes. Contacted helpline weeks ago and continue to await a response. Stange thing is this only happens with the air awning but npot woth the annexes also purchased at the same time, so basocally annexe either end up middle down- not a great look, npr has the company any customer service or appear to care for customers but happy to take ones money.
