GBI feel sorry for those poor plants. I order 9 vegetables plants on the 9th of November and I received them only today, Friday the 24th. The plants have arrived in terrible condition, packaging must have been put upside down. Out if their pots, dry and broken. Black kale full of insect bites. This is the worse plants delivery I ever had up to date from a veg supplier. I will def no shop here again. I wish I could attach the images of them!

GBI hdead plantsave used this company for some years… I have used this company for some years and been very happy with my plants(well packaged in great condition) Sorry to say this is no longer the case.Plants arrive dead or almost dead after complaints I was sent replacement (also dead) i am now being ignored by cust service after being given 1 refund.This company owns 3 gardening companies which were independent all with the same results, plants arriving dead or in poor condition.Tomato and pepper plants i saved are now well behind how they should be.Can't find words for this companies dreadful service.Other people i have spoken to have same problems.

GBDo NOT Use - Appalling Appalling - that a company known for it's terrible service should then try to disguise itself via another website and name. I ordered, no confirmation of purchase for 3 days, then sent 1 item with a load others to 'follow' and this is just for seeds!! I've requested a full refund and made a dispute with my bank for full refund.

GBI ordered my vegetable plants through… I ordered my vegetable plants through organic catalogue..great service all arrived as informed BUT simply appalling plants..broken stems, plants not in their root ball, dead plants dehydrated or over wateted. The issue would be resolved with some basic care and toatally different packaging which is more safe, stable and transportable. I order plants from other providers and have never gad such a poor experience. It is clear they know its a problem as when I rang up they refunded me without any questions. I would not recommend this firm nor would I buy again from them.

GBReally bad service Really bad service. I swore last year I wouldn't use them again after my tomato plug plants were incorrectly packaged and all arrived broken in half. No replacements available. I have recently ordered some ferrous slug pellets. 1st order never received packaging or shipments info, replacement order not initiated until 4 days after request, still hasnt been dispatched. Customer service poor. Use Real Seeds Catalogue for seeds and buy everything else from a garden centre. The service you will receive here could not be worse.
