GBIs it a coincidence that The OGC sold… Is it a coincidence that The OGC sold out to Suttons in the same year they received a coveted Royal Warrant? Presumably that made them more valuable and the sale lined the owner's pockets. There is no expert advice anymore, I wonder what happened to Susie and David. Delays in the past could be excused as they were a small but enthusiastic company, but not now they've gone corporate. I'll buy from Tamar or Real Seeds in future.

GBI ordered my vegetable plants through… I ordered my vegetable plants through organic catalogue..great service all arrived as informed BUT simply appalling plants..broken stems, plants not in their root ball, dead plants dehydrated or over wateted. The issue would be resolved with some basic care and toatally different packaging which is more safe, stable and transportable. I order plants from other providers and have never gad such a poor experience. It is clear they know its a problem as when I rang up they refunded me without any questions. I would not recommend this firm nor would I buy again from them.

GBAgree with others Terrible behaviour Agree with others, level of customer service non existant. They dont try to resolve anthing but just keep sending back generic emails, whch ignore why Im hav ing a problem with my order. They have taken my money and have said my products are despatched. They dont mention on their website ATALL that there are delays of... days due to covid. Despite giving them plenty of breathing space due ot these difficult times, they still dont reply or move to investigate or resolve. They say that orders may take longer - 7 to 10 days; but my order has not come after 18 days, they wont reply!!!! They wont refund me!!!!

GBDo NOT Use - Appalling Appalling - that a company known for it's terrible service should then try to disguise itself via another website and name. I ordered, no confirmation of purchase for 3 days, then sent 1 item with a load others to 'follow' and this is just for seeds!! I've requested a full refund and made a dispute with my bank for full refund.

GBReally bad service Really bad service. I swore last year I wouldn't use them again after my tomato plug plants were incorrectly packaged and all arrived broken in half. No replacements available. I have recently ordered some ferrous slug pellets. 1st order never received packaging or shipments info, replacement order not initiated until 4 days after request, still hasnt been dispatched. Customer service poor. Use Real Seeds Catalogue for seeds and buy everything else from a garden centre. The service you will receive here could not be worse.
